Dawn helped me find the two tool chests I was looking for and was able to get it down with a forklift very fast and efficiently. Nev at the customer support desk helped me check out and put it on will call to pick up later with a truck. The process was very smooth and enjoyable! The store itself also had great sales and clearance items! I had to go in and out 3 times to load up my car and go back in to make more purchases! Def one of my fave Home Depot locations!”

“Norm's knowledge on their appliances was outstanding. We stuck the budget we had and found the right refrigerator for us. Now comes the day of delivery. The crew was thee... most professional group I've come across. They took the hydraulic pistons off the storm door, they also took the front door off as an added measure of safety. They reattached the water line for the ice maker. They took all the plastic and tape found inside the doors and compartments. The big box companies shy away from doing anything besides delivering the appliances. Stick with local businesses like Richmond Appliances. You cannot go wrong”
“I had an issue with the owner in the Plainfield location after he attempted to bully me into purchasing additional insurance that I declined numerous times. I called corporate, filed a complaint and was referred to the Perth Amboy location and referred to Ellis, the owner/store manager. This was the best thing that could’ve happened. He was very polite, courteous, and patient while he transferred all my info from the other location and even scheduled a pickup from Plainfield.. He kept in touch w/me and I had the furniture in less than a week. If you’re in the Plainfield area don’t choose that location out of convenience. Choose Ellis and the Perth Amboy location!!!”

“There is no comparison to buying appliances from Triangle TV & Appliances to buying appliances at chain stores. Unlike Dave at Triangle, the sales representatives at chain stores are not trained at all in knowing anything about the product they are trying to make a sale on. Instead, they refer to their phones to get the information about the product and then give it to the buyer. On the other hand, Dave is extremely knowledgeable about appliances that he sells. Dave is willing to help his clients until they are satisfied. I purchased a washing machine from him, and I realized after it had been delivered that I preferred a different machine. With no hesitation, Dave ordered the one I preferred, picked up the one that I received, and delivered the new one. Dave will go the extra mile to have his customers happy with what they buy from him. I am very pleased with the washer and air conditioner that I purchased from him. I have had so many problems with appliances that I bought at chain stores. So much so that my one- year-old oven emitted high levels of carbon monoxide. There is no better place than to shop for appliances at Triangle TV and

“I ordered an XBOX from this Best Buy, and they used a third party delivery site (Roadie) to ship it. The package I got two days later (although it should’ve been one) contained a random assortment of items. I went to the physical store to resolve this issue, and the manager Andrea was very helpful. She explained that the package had been tampered with by the Roadie driver as it was sealed by tape that Best Buy did not use and clearly gave me the next steps to follow.
In other words, be careful if you’re getting products shipped, but the in-store staff is very helpful.”
