I bought the extended warrantee which I don't normally do, but my 15mth old Whirlpool fridge purchased elsewhere, died. The warranty was very reasonable and covers 5 years.”

“Norm's knowledge on their appliances was outstanding. We stuck the budget we had and found the right refrigerator for us. Now comes the day of delivery. The crew was thee... most professional group I've come across. They took the hydraulic pistons off the storm door, they also took the front door off as an added measure of safety. They reattached the water line for the ice maker. They took all the plastic and tape found inside the doors and compartments. The big box companies shy away from doing anything besides delivering the appliances. Stick with local businesses like Richmond Appliances. You cannot go wrong”

“I just wanna give a big thank you to the entire staff and management. I was shopping there today and noticed three tiny dogs locked in a car in their parking lot. It was 96 degrees outside and the car was off with all the windows rolled up. So I rushed inside to have them call the owners license plate number out and to come to customer service. If not we were calling the police department. Let's just say all ended well and the dogs are safe ♥️ these men and women care ♥️”
“Great guys! My fridge died over the weekend. My landlord called them on Monday. They had my new fridge installed by Wednesday. The delivery guys were awesome. They were super patient when my management company couldn’t find the COI and worked with me to get another copy sent over. They were friendly and took care of everything. Would be happy to work with them again.”
