“I wanted to recognize the amazing customer service from the self-checkout staff at ShopRite. There were three young employees working there, two Pakistani boys and a boy with a turban. All three were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful.
They assisted me whenever I needed help and were always paying attention to customers who needed assistance. What impressed me most was seeing them patiently help an elderly man in an electric wheelchair scan his items and complete his checkout. They went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of.
It’s rare to see such hardworking and respectful employees. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made my shopping experience much better. ShopRite is lucky to have workers like them.”
