“Had a great time shopping at Relax the Back and am incredibly happy with my purchase. I was very up front with the team about needing a lot of time making sure the chair I purchased for my work as a psychotherapist would help my herniated disc and sciatica. The staff was friendly, understanding, and respectful of my process. They let me sit in the chair for the full length of one of my psychotherapy sessions and when I felt sure it was the right solution for me and my practice I purchased the chair. I got the Gravis ZG, and it is the best investment I’ve made for myself. My back is pain free as I sit still for 6 hours in a row. Big thanks to Tom and Tom for helping me and my partner get the chair into our car and back to nyc. Driving down from the city was 100% worth it. When this chair needs to be replaced in about 15 years I’ll be back!”

“What started as a bad experience with a warranty company turned into an awesome customer service experience. Manny saw me come in frustrated and told everything would be ok . Being skeptical due to today’s culture of pushing people away,I doubted it but Manny followed thru every step of the way !
