He patiently walked me through the check-in process, answered all my questions, and even provided helpful tips about the building and neighborhood. I must give a huge shout out to my Leasing Agent Yanice Mc Mullen who did an amazing job to ensure that all my questions and concerns was taken care of.
I admire her tenacity in ensuring that a challenge that occurred when moving in was resolved by the team. I noticed that the initial unit that I was to move into didn’t have a dishwasher unit. I immediately contacted her to express my disappointment because all model units viewed had one which I was also expecting. She was very apologetic and expressed that she didn’t know that there isn’t one in that unit. I was very pleased to see how the team worked with me and get me transferred to another unit that has a dishwasher in 24hrs. The appliances were fairly new, the apartment was very clean. The staff overall very polite and friendly.”

“Very friendly and informative staff. Worked with the lady Marissa. I wanted to look around at different units and she was extremely helpful. She knew the property well and showed me all the perks. One of the biggest things was the fitness center. That's big for me. The fact that it's open 24/7 is a bonus. I wish all places were as friendly and helpful as here. Marissa Will definitely be my go to person from here on forward.”
“I have lived here 3 years, and have had so many positive experiences. The property is well maintained and lovely to walk with paths, a lake, and great amenities for dog walking. The maintenance, property management, pool, and clubhouse are all amazing. The community surrounding the complex is a pleasure with everything you need close by, clean, safe, and attractive. It is a pleasure to call the Club at Main Street our home!

“The Front Desk and Maintenance members are by far top notch and a pleasure to be around. I couldn't say more about how friendly and on top of everything they are. I really appreciated each and every one of them during my time at The Battery. I am giving The Battery a 5 star review because of them. Shout out Veronica and team!!!
My only concern living there was the turnover on the management end during my time there, which lead to some inconveniences on renewal of my lease etc. Do know that rental spaces there for gatherings are very expensive and move out charges are a little heavier than expected.
Overall I would recommend anyone to live here. If I ever had to move back to Philadelphia this would be a great place to return. Cheers!”

“The location is good as far as proximity to the turnpike, 95 and center city. I always thought maintenance did a good job. Office staff was good. I never had a bug issue but when it gets cold out I would get a few mice. Most I trapped was two one year and that was it. The walls are thick and I never had a noise complaint. You can't hear the people bordering your apartment which is nice.The new ownership dropped the ball when they got rid of 24 hour doormen. Mail room was broken into as well as the vending machines. My real complaint was the washers and dryers. They SUCK!!”
“This is a nice complex. Packages in the area are getting stolen by homeless population that reside in woods adjacent to Dunksferry Rd. They also steal and break into cars at another complex in the area. The local authorities are at fault for allowing these encampments to exist.”
“I had a tour last week at Algon with the property manager Kim. Kim showed me a 1bedroom apartment and gave me a tour of the complex and explained the entire process. I left feeling like if I moved here I would be in good hands. The unit was nice and spacious. I am definitely considering this place.”
“Tbh, I love Brookmont apartments. My son and I have been here for 4 years and never any issues. The maintenance men are awesome. I love love love Lisa. And I do like RoseMarie! She’s new but has great energy and she helped me get my reserved parking spot lol I never had any major issues here!”
“I currently live at Parc. My move-in experience went smoothly. I ran into some maintenance problems, but it resolved in a timely manner. I submitted my service requests through the resident app on my phone and my issues were addressed same day! I love my apartment, and I really enjoy living here. I would definitely recommend Parc. My favorite places (Target, The Cherry Hill Mall, Wawa & Starbucks) are all 5 minutes away!”
