“I walked into Micro Tecc with what seemed like a lost cause - an extremely broken phone and no way of getting my data transferred to my new phone. The place I originally planned to use was unexpectedly closed during normal business hours, but luckily, Micro Tecc was there when I needed them.I was extremely stressed out and worried due to not backing up my data (dumb, I know), containing all of my priceless photos and important documents. I honestly half expected that I would be screwed, but Micro Tecc saved the day me and exceeded my expectations. The owner stopped what he was doing, going out of his way to help me by staying open late to ensure the transfer of all my old data, including pictures, documents, and files, to my new phone. He took care of my problem quickly and efficiently, completing the task within an hour.The fact that he stayed open late to help me showed how amazing their customer service is. Overall, my experience was outstanding. “Today, I accompanied my husband, Conrad to the Apple Store to purchase a 24 inch Apple Mac. He wanted a new iMAC and to load his work site and email onto the computer. Four employees assisted in helping him with that task but two were relentless in ensuring that he left the store fully loaded and completely satisfied with his purchase. Those two employees at the Sagemore, New Jersey store were Tai Valentine and Justine. Special thanks for their patience and excellent customer service.”

“I did find some good items at this location, like a washer, dryer, refrigerator, and surround sound, all for a great price. The staff was extra helpful and let you test before you bought. I had a problem with the washer I bought, and the manager had it taken care of immediately. This is more of an outlet, but I feel I received better service here than at the actual store. The employees are very knowledgeable and answered any questions I threw at them. I will be returning here in the future when I start my next project.”
