“I recently (sometime this year) needed to get a new battery for my MacBook pro which happened to be out of warranty (the battery was bulging out of the keyboard). It got good write-ups from Philadelphia Magazine, so I called them up, had a quote over the phone and visited later that afternoon to drop it off.Their lead times were said to be about 3 days, and true to their word it was ready by close of business Thursday. I picked it up that next day. The gentleman behind the counter keeps the doors locked and didn't appear to sell anything but he fixed my laptop. So no complaints from me. Can understand the locked doors though.”

“I walked into Micro Tecc with what seemed like a lost cause - an extremely broken phone and no way of getting my data transferred to my new phone. The place I originally planned to use was unexpectedly closed during normal business hours, but luckily, Micro Tecc was there when I needed them.I was extremely stressed out and worried due to not backing up my data (dumb, I know), containing all of my priceless photos and important documents. I honestly half expected that I would be screwed, but Micro Tecc saved the day me and exceeded my expectations. The owner stopped what he was doing, going out of his way to help me by staying open late to ensure the transfer of all my old data, including pictures, documents, and files, to my new phone. He took care of my problem quickly and efficiently, completing the task within an hour.The fact that he stayed open late to help me showed how amazing their customer service is. No one acknowledged me or my need for assistance. I noticed the gaming area had a very enthusiastic clerk who was educating a customer on available products. “I came on Dec 24th and thankfully they were open. I accidentally got some paint in the USB C charge port. They cleaned it out thoroughly (including other gunk that was in there), got my phone charging again, completed everything in about 20 minutes, and charged me $10. What more can I ask for? Great service, great price, won't hesitate to use them again!”
