Steve and Michael were extremely helpful; within 20 minutes they had gotten my laptop working with a freshly-installed OS. Good to go. The staff here are extremely helpful & nice people, and I was even treated to a bit of history about the store. I will definitely come back here if I ever have any issues with my laptop!”

He was very knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed while also informing me of all sales and add on options. The store was very busy and they were understaffed that day and Tommy stayed after his shift in order to finish helping me and other customers. Tommy was great!”

“Great Apple Store with excellent technician support! Most of the team was friendly and very helpful. However, the person who greeted me at the front could use some more training. I brought in my MacBook Pro because the display wasn't working and purchased a MacBook Air for pickup just in case. The greeter told me there was absolutely nothing that could be done for my Pro. Luckily, we pushed to talk to a technician who said they could definitely take a look. They kept it overnight and noted it could take up to 48 hours, but even better, it was completely fixed in just one day! Huge thanks to the tech team for turning the experience around.”
