Steve and Michael were extremely helpful; within 20 minutes they had gotten my laptop working with a freshly-installed OS. Good to go. The staff here are extremely helpful & nice people, and I was even treated to a bit of history about the store. I will definitely come back here if I ever have any issues with my laptop!”

“I want to go to them anymore I had took my phone to get fixed and they charge me the same price that I bought my phone for to fix the screen but now my screen is missing the two screws on the bottom everybody has their own opinions but I don't recommend.”

I was at Best Buy on Columbus in Philadelphia on 8/13/26. Tommy helped me buy a MacBook Pro and trade in my old one. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed while also informing me of all sales and add on options. The store was very busy and they were understaffed that day and Tommy stayed after his shift in order to finish helping me and other customers. Tommy was great!”
