However, the inventory is a major drawback—more often than not, I walk in and leave completely empty-handed because the selection for men's apparel and shoes is severely lacking. Great for a quick browse, but don't count on finding a solid men's outfit or shoes.”

He was very upfront and said that in keeping within our budget we picked the best product(s) and he knew we would be very satisfied with our choice - sofa and power recliner... very much appreciated!”
“We had an issue with our poly wood outdoor table where cracks developed. I contacted customer service who responded very quickly, contacted the manufacturer, and arranged for a store credit for the full amount paid within days. After visiting my local store, I chose a similar poly table and paid the difference. Fortunoff will deliver the new table and pickup the damaged table free of charge. We are extremely satisfied!!!”

For over a year, I had the customized menus and some beautiful pieces from the experience just sitting in a closet and I knew I wanted to preserve it in a permanent way… What they created is simply stunning and is now a centerpiece in my dining room.
