“This review is really for one employee whose name I stupidly forgot to get. I bought a vinyl record that I was really looking forward to and it was the last one in stock. When I was putting everything into my car I noticed the record was gone. I checked every inch of my car 8 times and went around the store and parking lot looking for it but couldn’t find it. The employees couldn’t find the record either so I came back again 5 hours later right before closing. Again no one could find it. But the wonderful woman who was working self check out on the evening of 8/22 remembered me checking out and went to the back herself and was able to find it. She’s my hero. Give her a raise.”
