“I have no complaints about this branch. Everyone are very nice & they are trying their best to take good care of their customers. Can't be unpatient to wait, if you didn't make an appt before going there. I have been a customer since 1977 when they were Fleet (I hope i spell correctly). I think the Google review is too low for this location. They deserve more.

“As usual I had a pleasant experience today at my PNC branch 415 Allwood Rd
My CD is maturing in a few days, i was inquiring about the process of establishing another for four months. Fortunately for me Jeannette assisted, explaining what I must do to alleviate any monetary loss.
The branch was extremely busy today but Jeannette treated me as though I was their only customer. I so appreciated the added touch of offering me coffee! My banking began with PNC almost forty years ago — representatives such as Jeannette keeps me happily returning for all my banking needs.
Kudos to Jeannette and other reps who continue to serve me with warmth and gratitude for being a customer. And, yes I’ll have a cup of coffee please?”

“I have to say I called first asked questions received answers did business by opening an certificate of deposit and no line no rush to get things done the gentleman that was taking care of us was polite respectful and the gentleman told us he was new but that never bothered me . What bothered me was I read the reviews that people posted, and I really can't understand where these people are coming from. It's a shame that people write such awful things when worker's are just trying to do their job.”
