Kenrick is especially praised for his quick and kind maintenance work, resolving issues efficiently while educating residents for future needs. The team handles problems well and ensures residents feel cared for. There are no extra fees for amenities like the fitness center, which adds to the value. While fire alarms sometimes go off, this is usually due to other residents. Overall, residents appreciate the friendly staff, the quiet environment, and the well-maintained facilities, making The Preston a great choice for those seeking a peaceful, community-oriented living space.
