AKA Rittenhouse Square is an amazing hotel with phenomenal and very attentive staff who are super helpful, supportive, courteous, and excited. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, providing fantastic and awesome customer service to assist in any way possible, ensuring stays are comfortable and unforgettable with great thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The suites are gorgeous, beautiful, clean, spacious, and equipped for dogs with toys, beds, and bowls. They are generally quiet and feel like home, though one guest noted an initial noisy room near air conditioning units, which the prompt staff helped switch. The attached restaurant serves delicious meals, and the toiletries smell fantastic. The location is perfect, unbeatable, and steps away from beautiful Rittenhouse Square Park, in a walkable and vibrant area. Guests highly recommend the experience, noting it is an absolutely fantastic decision over other lodging, and would definitely return.
Great stay at the AKA Rittenhouse. The room was spacious and clean - we felt right at home. The neighborhood is very central and dynamic. We visited with family and the service was excellent. Great location and rooms. Service exceptional. All the staff from doorman to reception to housekeeping all are five star (keep it up Greg, Bianca, Juliet, Wister and everyone else - Bravo!)
