Well the sample helped out and I love the color so I went back a second time and there were two gentlemen there and they were very helpful and friendly.Very good customer service at the paint counter.”

“I had the best experience at this Home Depot. My original Home Depot had an order delayed. And had to cancel it. This Home Depot had the item in stock so my contractor could install it that day. Pauline got me right to Trudy, who has a lovely singing voice by the way, and her and Bri Directed me to Dayvonne and Maria, who helped me find my product immediately (Got the ladder over real quick got it down off the second shelf ) and got me in and out In a flash. Thank you to all, you helped turn a delay from another store into a pleasant experience. I’ve seen customers usually come to Home Depot agitated, but I’m telling you be kind and considerate, because this team is world class and I had a wonderful experience with all of them.”

I was a little worried to order from Homeclick after reading some of the previous reviews, but everything went smoothly and items arrived on time. My building has strict delivery rules and Spencer in customer service was very helpful on providing me with my specific needs. They provided my building management with all the required insurance information and my furniture was delivered to my apartment with no issues. I'm guessing the other reviewers were just unlucky or maybe didn't do something right because I'm currently batting a thousand with 5 out of 5 different orders delivered perfectly within the time frame they said they would.”

“I have no choice but to love The Home Depot because I'm there several times a week looking for ways to improve my indoor as well as outdoor living space. If I can't find it in the store, I can usually find it in online. I will say the culture of Home Depot has changed over the years, the workers aren't as eager toVoluntarily offer assistance, I do miss that because this store can be quite intimidating to some (like myself @ times). If you inquire assistance the people are usually pretty friendly. In terms of pricing I think they're pretty reasonably priced in comparison to their competitor, which I also patronize quite often; but since Home Depot is right around the corner from me, it's one of my most visited spots. Best of all, the lines are never to long, the staff will move you along very quickly. All I can say about Home Depot is, "What's not to love?"”

“I have to say the manager (excuse the spelling) Kaleel, saves this Home Depot location of a 1 star review. He is exceptional and from reading the other reviews it seems Home Depot needs to weed out people to have more employees like him..I had been searching for a new front door using the Home Depot ap and found the one I wanted. It said there were 2 in stock in south Plainfield so instead of buying on the ap I went directly to the store to look at the door in person. While looking for the door, I noticed a lot of their stock had dings and scratches all over them. Either way could not find the door I was looking for so asked one of the guys sitting in the door department. He searched high and low and could not find the door so told me he could place an order for it, they will search the entire store and pick the item for me and if not order another one for me. So I purchased it and went home. The next day I tried calling to see if the door was in and the phone just kept ringing. So I sent a text to the customer service chat in the Home Depot ap. That person ended up getting through to the store and she found out that they had cancelled my order. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They never reached out to even say they cancelled it which is the messed up part. Kaleel was very nice and called around to other stores and tried to make the situation right. I was on the phone for awhile and he said that if he could get through to the other stores he would give me a call back. Which he did.”
