“Why are there so many Toro lawn mowers in for repair. Some look new. Mine is there now. All repair orders seem to have the same problem and solution. Is Home Depot selling crap then charging $100 to repair on a $300 mower?”
“On both visits to decide on what paint color I would like the older lady that was there was very helpful and knew her stuff and was nice with everyone including me.I decided to get a sample because I couldn't make up my mind what color I wanted. Well the sample helped out and I love the color so I went back a second time and there were two gentlemen there and they were very helpful and friendly.Very good customer service at the paint counter.”

He takes the time to explain which tools are good and which ones will work best for what I need. The tools he recommended have worked great for me, and I really appreciate his knowledge and honesty. What stands out the most is his attitude. Dan is always respectful, patient, and genuinely wants to help people. Employees like him are what make customers want to come back to Home Depot.
