She quickly offered an alternative design using a desk that could be configured to the size we need, added chairs in the same style, proposed fabrics for the chairs, and developed pricing. She listened carefully and helped us analyze alternatives. After further consideration we decided on a different solution.”

The customer service and the quality can’t be beat.
I recently ordered a high-end leather recliner from Michael and when it first came in, it was a little squeaky. And it got more and more squeaky. He had his furniture guy come and the manufacturer replaced the arm. That helped a little and then it was back to the squeaking.
Michael went to bat for us And Made sure the manufacturer replaced the piece of furniture!

I’m really glad I did because I got to work with Christina, the manager. She was awesome. The store was super busy and she was clearly hustling, but still took the time to help me and make sure everything got resolved. She was so pleasant, easy to talk to, and just has a great personality.
