“I had such an amazing experience at Staples, especially with Everson, Richard, and Wade at the Printing Center! I came in needing a last-minute seating chart for my wedding, printed on individual cards, and despite some issues with the printer, they worked together so patiently and professionally to make my vision come true.
They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and willing to make every change I needed until I was completely satisfied with the final product. They never made me feel rushed or like I was being a bother, even though I know last-minute wedding projects can be stressful!

“Our experience in this store has always been positive; perhaps some of the bad reviews may be from customers who happen to be here at the same time with a lot of other customers resulting in longer lines / wait times. We needed to ship a large box to Canada. We were the only customers when we first walked in about 2 days ago and the staff member who assisted us was very helpful in itemizing the contents of the box for Customs Declaration (Government requirement, so unless you want your box opened / inspected by Customs, the contents of the box has to be accurately itemized). Shortly thereafter, about 10 more customers arrived within minutes of each other resulting in a seemingly long queue even with 2 other staff members serving other customers; 1 woman in line seemed to be in a hurry, and I get it that we all prefer not to wait, but sometimes it’s unavoidable.”

“I ordered postcards online for same-day printing from this Staples location, but one of the printers was unexpectedly down. Jessica from the print department called me promptly to explain what was going on and offered several helpful options for getting my postcards printed and shipped. She even kept me updated on the possibility of a repair later in the day.
Although I ultimately decided to cancel the order since it wasn’t urgent, I was genuinely impressed by the communication, professionalism, and care I received. We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

“I just moved to this town a little over a year ago. I’ve been told by some neighbors that it’s a rude staff and I should avoid going to our post office try tenafly. I figured I’d give it a try and see for myself. I was happy to see such a clean and homey feeling post office. I walked in and both ladies said good morning and I was assisted by Dominique. As I filled out my address change I would hear people demanding supplies . They explained the supplies were in the retail section. The customer began to yell at them and I interjected. I inquired if they would ask Kings why they needed to purchase groceries. The customer looked confused. I said think about it everything is for sale because it’s a business. These ladies are here trying to do their jobs and not be harassed. I couldn’t imagine having to experience such scrutiny for doing my job. I commend the staff for remaining positive and moving on with their day. I’m sure we’ve all had good days and bad ones. I just walk in with respect and expect the same given to me. I wanted to share my experience of me coming to get my own experience of this office. I will return again”
