“I don’t usually write reviews, but this time it’s warranted. I was in a few days ago to make a return (ridiculous you can’t ship back) and I was taken care of by the nicest and most patient associate I’ve ever dealt with at a retail store. Her name is Devi and she should be recognized. The system was acting funky and she had to return everything individually. She didn’t make me feel like a nuisance, instead she apologized, smiled and carried great conversation. I was returning over ten things! This woman should be a manager because she knows how to keep a level head, a good attitude, and gives exceptional customer service. Someone give this lady a raise!”

“Loved boscovs, super good deals. Lady at the chocolate counter was super nice and their chocolates were sooooo good! Just a fair warning for anyone going here though, food court only has one resuarant and its allllll the way on the other side. But its fine if you're just going to shop at boscovs. Great selection of home goods, clothes. Super cute outfits at reasonable prices.”
“I had the best experience at this store with Nancy. She was absolutely the main reason why I passed on a suit purchase at Macy’s and returned to Nordstrom. I was still undecided but after talking with her I went to Macy’s and didn’t get nearly the service I would’ve expected or the quality I hoped for; so I quickly returned to Nordstrom. I spent more on a quality suit and Nancy who was extremely helpful made the decision very easy.”

“I've been shopping here for 20 years for my children and myself. There's a variety of clothing for children from newborn to teens and junior sizes. The plus size section also has a nice selection of clothing. Prices are reasonable. Parking lot is on premises.”
“Marshalls / HomeGoods is a solid combo store, though stock varies depending on what you're looking for. The fragrance and cologne selection is impressive, and the undergarments section is always well-stocked. However, finding good men's shirts can be hit-or-miss, and the shoe department is somewhat limited if you wear larger sizes. Overall, it's still a great spot for home decor and specific apparel items!”

“This is a review for the two lovely ladies who helped me on Saturday Feb.21. I needed help finding foundation for my 40th birthday dinner party just a few hours later that same day. There was another customer in front of me, but Tatiana made sure to acknowledge me and let me know she would be right with me. When she came over, she was so patient and encouraging as I shared I don’t wear makeup daily and needed lots of help. She gave me excellent tips and recommendations, then matched me to my shade in Sephora brand “best skin ever”. It looked great in store and perfect all night long. She was genuinely so excited for me on my milestone occasion and it was so appreciated.
While this encounter occurs, I then met my second Lady (funny enough, she is also named Tatiana, with the highlighted hair) who came over and smiled at my excitement. She saw my nail designs and asked about my dress for the evening. When I showed a picture, she said she had a product she wanted to show me. She came over with Fenty diamond bomb mentioning it would look great on my skin and OMG was she 100% correct! I loved it, it gave me a beautiful shimmer all night long that was soft and elegant. Both Tatianas did a fantastic job of making me feel recognized, appreciated and celebrated on my special day. I do not typically leave reviews, but I was so impressed and grateful for both ladies advice and kindness. 5 out of 5 stars is not enough to show how pleased I was and how deeply I appreciate their help. They both gave me great advice for my exact goals. Neither of these ladies were pushy and genuinely listened to me and made recommendations on what I needed and what would be best for me. THANK YOU so much!!”

“DO GO TO THIS FIVE BELOW- to be clear we’re talking about five below in the shopping center next to the pet store, wegmans etc.
During the busiest time of year, the team at this Five Below went above and beyond. Between nonstop calls about sold-out viral toys and crowds searching for Pokémon cards, they still treated me with genuine kindness and care.
What really got my attention to take time and write this positive review- was the manger at this store. (I would put her name, but I know I might butcher it so I will just call her C.)
This entire team deserve a raise but the manager here- 100% deserves a PROMOTION and a raise.”

“Great store, very helpful management. I have to stand up for Carol, who was maligned in another review. She went above and beyond to help me correct a stupid mistake I made. I bought 2 sizes of a certain shoe to make sure I got a good fit, and wouldn’t you know it, I chose the 8 but returned a box containing one size 8 and one size 8.5 shoe! When I realized my mistake and called the store, it took me a couple transfers forget to Carol, but when I did, she found the mixed-up box quickly, set it aside for me, and had it waiting when I came back to the store the next day to make the switcheroo. Thanks, Carol! I’ll be back!”

I find shopping for clothes for myself is not as good as it used to be, however.
When I can earn Kohls cash, I find prices to be good, but the price of most things have increased and will never go back down. It's that way all around, unfortunately. I feel retail has taken advantage of the current political situation.”

“Unlike some HD where their workers see you laboring with items and walking away to avoid assisting you; I (70+) was pleasantly surprised to have 2 young women insist on assisting to load up my pickup with awkward lawn table and chairs. No hemming and having. The Lead asked if I would climb up into the bed so that they could hand me the items to secure.
This was - kind, courteous, and committed professionalism. And, the day after - I'm still feeling great about the experience.

“I just love this store besides a little incident with one of the cashiers in which I felt a little frustrated when they are trying to make you sign up for the credit card and you say no thank you. I said no but I was questioned for a discount card I had. Besides all the visits I do to this specific store, I never felt so harassed & embarrassed like this Saturday, but otherwise beautiful items a great prices.”

“Macy's has a great men's clothing selection at reasonable prices. Much is often on sale. Update September 2025. Seems like the Cherry Hill store has changed around the men's section, and in my opinion, not for the better. Less national brands and more house brands. Update, July, 2026, Still, it is an excellent store for mens and ladies' clothes.”
“I want to give it 5 star, however their pinpads to pay are outdated and you need to insert/ swipe 4 times in order to pay with a card. Like update them to allow contactless payment. It's been long enough.”

“Really good prices, you can find something for almost every occasion here, no idea why I never started shopping here until recently. They have the sweetest cashier there, tall blonde woman with glasses named Karen. I normally don’t care to leave reviews but she was a ray of sunshine on a rainy day. Literally. It was raining. And she probably goes through hundreds of customers a day at work and still manages to keep that energy. More people should be like Karen. She deserves a raise, or at very least recognition for that.”

“Clean, helpful staff, and quick checkout. Not as cheap as Walmart though. They usually have a very well stocked store here. The store is very neat and organized. It is usually not too crowded. The lines are usually a reasonable length.”
