“Larry and Mohammed @the Frankford Ave AT&T store absolutely saved the day!! I had visited another store first actually the Grant Ave store to transfer from Verizon to AT&T …BIG MISTAKE should have STARTED at the Frankford Ave store because the associate at Grant Ave gave me false information and I was ready to just return the phone and stay with Verizon ..but decided to stop by the 8920 Frankford Ave store to see if possibly they could help and Larry and Mohammed absolutely did not disappoint!!! My sister and I entered and were greeted IMMEDIATELY by these two gentlemen then after I explained what I needed they responded with “no problem we can definitely do this “ and in FIVE minutes had me up and running WITH MY NUMBER PORTED OVER ( the Grant Ave associate said this “was not possible” and made me get a new number ,which was so stressful bc I’ve had the same phone number for 10 yrs imagine a decade worth of business contacts, friends and accounts needing to be contacted about a number change YIKES )and I did not understand bc i own my phone and it’s not locked etc …none the less Larry and Mohammed were super nice ,very professional AND extremely knowledgeable and informative of different services offered and policies and when I said 5 min I am so serious!!! In 5 min my old number was ported over to the new phone and all of my anxiety literally vanished so fast I actually cried bc I was so relieved and grateful and I really felt that the other store associate wasn’t listening to me and just wanted to get a sale and then leave for the day without really trying. Needless to say I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED and if you need ANYTHING from AT&T GO TO THIS STORE and see Larry or Mohammed they will not disappoint and they both are super nice and do their jobs FAST!!! I will not go anywhere but this store !!!”

“I went to the store to pay my bill and to remove the Internet from my iPad. In order to remove the Internet from my iPad I had to pay the iPad in full, which means I did not get the discount or the half price that I was promised when I purchased the iPad in January. When I add up $20 Internet fee and the $12 cost for the iPad, in the end I would have paid over $1000 for an iPad. So I probably saved myself like at least $400 by just going on and paying the iPad off. Next time I will definitely read the fine print.”
