“Went in to find a 3in1 printer. After speaking with several associates, I decided on the Epson Ecotank ET-3950. Even at checkout, other employees stated what a great printer I was buying. Despite not having it in stock.
Being a geek club member, Best Buy is shipping it overnight and ill have it this morning. ☮️&?”
“I was dreading getting a new phone because in the past the process has always been a nightmare. With pushy salespeople, issues with transferring phones, I kept putting off getting a new phone until I absolutely had to. My phone was acting up so I decided it was time to get a new one. I went to Best Buy on Columbus blvd Wednesday March 4 and could not be happier with the customer service and care I received. I feel bad because the two guys that helped me, I didn't get their names, but I hope the manager reading this knows who was working that shift. One of the guys was training, he was super friendly and personable. The other guy, his name may be Nathan, made the process so easy. He walked me through options on which phone made sense for me, was patient with questions I had, and helped me set up the phone. Everything was seamless. I would definitely go back to this Best Buy and recommend to anyone else. Thanks for the great service!”

“Fred is a legend. Incredibly fast and good service for desktop pc and more. He was able to fix issues id been working on for months, in just an hour. Not only fixed, but helped me with an upgrade plan for my desktop. This is the only repair store you need, and worth every penny. So affordable too!

“This review is not for the actual store, but who the store subs out to for installations. Marino was extremely helpful. Did a great job in setting up the 75 inch! TV made sure everything worked properly, settings were correct. I know this might not sound like a difficult task however when you’re seniors, it’s difficult to lift a 75 inch TV and install it. Marino did a great job and was extremely knowledgeable and personable! They came on the day and time allotted. Thank you team!”
