“Superb staff. I had a 2015 MacBook Pro with an operating system issue, and was referred by Apple’s Walnut Street location as an authorized Apple repair shop. Steve and Michael were extremely helpful; within 20 minutes they had gotten my laptop working with a freshly-installed OS. Good to go. The staff here are extremely helpful & nice people, and I was even treated to a bit of history about the store. I will definitely come back here if I ever have any issues with my laptop!”

I was at Best Buy on Columbus in Philadelphia on 8/13/26. Tommy helped me buy a MacBook Pro and trade in my old one. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed while also informing me of all sales and add on options. The store was very busy and they were understaffed that day and Tommy stayed after his shift in order to finish helping me and other customers. Tommy was great!”

“Fred is a legend. Incredibly fast and good service for desktop pc and more. He was able to fix issues id been working on for months, in just an hour. Not only fixed, but helped me with an upgrade plan for my desktop. This is the only repair store you need, and worth every penny. So affordable too!
