“Although the Macy’s at Rockaway is smaller compared to other malls, the store has a great product line, and the staff here makes the experience wonderful. I was dress shopping and was not sure where the dresses were located. I asked a staff member, Antoinette, and she stopped what she was doing and walked me over to the section. While trying on dresses, staff members would go into the fitting room to see if anyone needed help or a different size. A staff member, Bethann, was so kind and helpful, asking me how it went, having me show her the dress I liked most, and checking pricing for me. She even pulled in a manager, James, who was also kind and helpful, because there was some confusion about pricing. The store didn’t have my size, and Bethann helped me get the dress that I liked the most and have it sent to my home in time for a wedding I am attending. I am so grateful to the wonderful staff there.”
“Love shopping at the Nordstrom rack. There are Always some fun hidden surprise or another waiting inside. It could be a cute pair of new sandals or a bathing suit to go surfing in the morning. All in all I love coping here and never really leave Sapporo Ted. Also good for last minute night out needs for the hubby too!!”

“While visiting my family, I realized I forgot to pack enough warm clothes. I visited the closest Marshalls location. I always find great deals here. While checking out, I was helped my a very tall older lady named Nina. She was so pleasant and helpful. I couldn't find an size I was looking for her and she was able to locate one super quickly. She even offered me a credit card to help save 20% of my entire order. Traveling to visit family can be costly and I welcome anyway to save a little. Thank you Nina and Marshall's for a quick and easy shopping trip.”

The store manager (Sherry ?)was patiently helping us to find items that we were looking for and later showed us how to search & order the items in Kohls app. (The store didn't have them in the stock.) She was also very patiently assisting us in the self checkout and showed how to apply the coupons. We shop at the store occasionally and feel very comfortable to walk around and shop there. The store has Amazon return drop off, which is super convenient.”

“Not sure why some of these are 1 star reviews. Been coming here for years ever since it first opened after this Walmart location went through major renovations.
Ravi and Vicky are hands down two of the best pharmacists I've ever encountered and go out of their way to ensure you're taken care of.
The technicians are helpful as well, of course they've gone through many since opening. They usually go on to pursue their own careers, but almost 100% of them are great! Go easy on the ones in training!
Overall, I go to this location despite living next-door to the Rockaway Wal-Mart.”

His attention to detail, patience, and willingness to help make him stand out. Something happened with my recent visit and made a phone call and he gave me a resolution that quick. I do have to come back though to get it fixed but it’s fine because he was able to correct it. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and professional—Thomas makes shopping at HomeGoods not just easy, but enjoyable!”

“Mariah was totally amazing !!! I just had to share my amazing experience at the Guess store! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, and that's all thanks to Mariah. Seriously, she's a total rockstar when it comes to customer service. I was kind of overwhelmed by all the choices, but Mariah immediately put me at ease.
She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, I needed a new bag that could work for both school and going out, something stylish but also practical. Mariah totally got it! She showed me a bunch of different options, explaining the features of each bag and even giving me tips on how to style them. I was so impressed with her knowledge of the products.
What really stood out was that Mariah wasn't pushy at all. She genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect bag, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. She even helped me compare a couple of different bags, pointing out the pros and cons of each. I ended up choosing a gorgeous crossbody bag that I absolutely love!
But it wasn't just about finding the right bag. Mariah made the whole shopping experience fun and enjoyable. We chatted about fashion trends, and she gave me some great styling advice. It felt like I was shopping with a friend!
The rest of the staff at the Guess store were also super friendly and helpful. You can tell they really care about their customers. The store itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse.
Overall, I had an amazing experience at the Guess store, and it's all thanks to Mariah's exceptional customer service. If you're looking for a great shopping experience, I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Mariah. You won't be disappointed! She's a true asset to the Guess team, and she deserves all the recognition for her outstanding work. Thanks, Mariah, for making my day!”

Exceptional sales service—shout out to Juana—she outfitted me with optimal recommendations and I was able to buy several mix and max outfits for my new job and for leisure!!!! Fantastic quality clothing—also generous selection of overstock from Macy’s brand stores.
Because of the sinkhole issues on route 80 I had avoided the mall for quite some time BUT the great news is that I was able to reach the mall heading west at exit 35A before the highway is closed!
I’m so happy I did! So worth the drive!!!! Shout out to the friendly staff in all the departments I walked by it’s so nice to be warmly greeted! I also had the pleasure of meeting the store manager pictured here with permission to post granted! ?

I found this beautiful Anne Klein dress and it’s for a Fall wedding in October. It’s stunning, comfortable, elegant, velvet and was in the Last Act section. ? tremendous sale!
My tip is if you find it…buy it! If you don’t it’s likely to be bought by someone else before you can make it back to the store again.

I only remember one name - Melinda but she was so helpful and helped me get a good deal, and the other time I went there, this other older lady knew EXACTLY the products I needed. The only bad thing is that the person who is checking at the exit takes up time and I wonder who in their right mind goes to Walmart with the intention of stealing and facing legal problems. It is stupid that one has to show their bill.
