Only one person to man the whole store the one agent is generally busy which means the phone doesn't get answered. I live 45 minutes away and had to drive all the way there to see if the phone I wanted was in stock after several attempts at calling. It's my closest store and I've purchased 5 phones from this location. I implore management to lighten the load on their staff despite being alone with the entire workload the agent remained pleasant.”
