All facilities look very well taken care of. Apartment units are furnished with modern appliances and the building as well as the apartment units are full of smart features like being able to open doors and check intercoms through your phone, reporting appartement issues to the maintenance staff through an app, thermostats for every room and the list goes on.There is in building parking with electric chargers, fios, optimun and other internet providers and they are looking to add retail spaces to the buildings.All the staff seemed friendly and welcoming, and they seem to care about being able to create a community and help residents connect with each other. It's a beautiful building with great amenities and beautiful views.”

“I have lived in Hackensack for two years now. The office manager Lea has addressed any issues me and my husband have ever had regarding the apartment, cannot complain, we have called the super Sokol on several occasions to fix things in the apartment and he has literally been there within 30 minutes. He's awesome and super friendly! Even during bad weather, the building is always taken care of with the snow being removed before I even get in my garage and leave to work.”

Snow removal is excellent; pathways are cleaned so you can walk from your door to retrieve mail or dispose of trash.Repairs are addressed quickly and efficiently by Manager. Michelle, Susan and David have been absolutely wonderful.The apartment itself suits us perfectly and having the fitness center on our floor is incredibly convenient. The neighbors are friendly and we look forward to participating in all the community activities. Having moved from a house, it's also great having our own storage space in the garage.The high ceilings and almost floor to ceiling windows bring in a tremendous amount of light so it's always bright and cheery even on cloudy days.The proximity to all kinds of shopping and restaurants is tremendously convenient. We are just delighted that we made this move.”
