“Love this place ! Been coming to Closeout Bats for years. They care about the customer not the dollar. Went late afternoon on a Friday & Garrett went above and beyond to fix my daughter's mitt to make sure she had it for Mondays tryouts. Even though he was extremely busy. Also they explained to my daughter there was nothing wrong with her bat & didn't need to spend the extra money on a new one. We did decided to buy it anyway so she has a backup bat. Best Place ever!!!”

She was very Informative and I loved her spirit. She didn’t rush me she told me everything on sale I love shopping with people like her. She’s the reason I purchased soo many things. Kayla also helped me towards the end of my purchase she had a great attitude as well sweet girl. Shemarr helped me with my bags when I was leaving and I noticed he helped a customer with 52 plus items twice and did it so quickly without any attitude he needs acknowledgment as well. “I love this place. I'm there every weekend. It's a lil dated and could use some upgrades to the bowling area. After all it is a bowling alley. They built a new bigger arcade but probably should have fixed alley with some new lighting /painting etc. overall it's a great place that will accommodate regular bowlers with lane requests. They DO have a bar but that's not their main goal of getting to go there like other places. Bolero for example caters to the 20yr old crowd that wants to go out once in awhile. It's more like a bar with a bowling ally. Bowler city is our choice. We've met some cool friends there too. Regulars :). If you go there you like it :)”

“My hubby and I were exploring the American Dream Mall. We are getting into hiking so we were happy to see that there was a Columbia Sportswear in the mall. We need hiking boots so went inside. When we were looking at the boots there was a young man who's name escapes me (he had brown hair, glasses and was tall) but he was very friendly and patient as he explained the various boot options and what they offered. We left without making a purchase but after 10/15 min. decided to return to purchase the hiking boots. This time around Abid helped us. Unfortunately, both of our sizes were out of stock but he checked and found my hubby's size online. I was a little disappointed that the store didn't allow us to order there and ship to our home. I kind of felt bad because they took the time to help us and couldn't benefit from the sale. We're purchasing our boots from the online site but I hope that the company comes to allow in-store ordering like Sketchers and DSW. I'm sure my hubby and I will be building up our hiking gear so we will return to purchase from the American Dream location because the staff is great.”
