“I am a new member of United Teletech Financial Federal Credit Union. I interacted with (Geetha Bhujange CCUFC Member Support Specialist 3). She assisted me in opening a checking account with this credit union. I thought she was very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and overall offered great customer service. I came across some issues with my enrolling in the online app. Gheeta was very quick to response in attempting to assist me with the problem. She directed me to online support who was able to assist me with the online issue as they handle these issues. I spoke with a member service employee by the name of Miguel. He was also helpful, nice, knowledgeable and patient with guiding me through the steps to fix the error. Overall, I had a good experience with the staff members becoming a new customer/member.”

“Getting into the parking lot is a little confusing you need to go through Amazon parking lot but other than that it has a large lot for the bank nice updated atm it is located outside so you can access it 24/7 only downside is no coverage from others around you or if it’s raining”

They made me feel so welcomed and explained everyone so thoroughly, I left with more knowledge than I came in with. Some things did need approval for their back office and being as though I went on a Saturday they work with a skeleton crew and I would have to wait until Monday. I was so glad I did! “This was the branch that I opened my first account with Valley and people like Adrain is why I have stayed for so long. I have move and not gone to that branch for a few years now, but that doesn't stop Adrain from giving exemplary costumer service. He call me just the other day to inform me that there was a problem with my account that he noticed. Not only was I surprised to about the problem, I was equally surprised to hear from Adrain. Within minutes the problem was fixed and my mortgage was paid on time. I cant tell you how grateful I am for his competency and attention to detail.
