“Five stars for this well-stocked and well-run convenience store with friendly owners, a husband and wife team. This store sells everything from cleaning products to personal items like deodorant and toothpaste. They sell dog food, Ben & Jerry's, some fresh fruit, milk, candy, snacks, and pantry staples like Goya beans. You can also buy your favorite vices here--bongs, cigarettes, or lottery tickets. There is an ATM. They have good prices on cigarettes, $5.99. Small free private parking lot. Very easy to access on Old Bridge Tpk. Close to Route 18.”

“Produce is ovèpriced and not fresh. SELF CHECKOUT IS HORRENDOUS. BAD ATTITUDE BY WORKERS. Self checkout the machine continuously makes mistakes and you need help. SLOW. shop rite IS deteriorating. clipless coupon never ring up properly. coupons don't ring up and they blame customer. in my mind they use clipless coupons on purpose. most people don't look at receipt. shop rite IS now known for over pricing in my mind. 2 items always tick me off. scallions 1.99 bunch. Walmart .50. Lamb chops blade cut 12.99 pound. stop shop and other shop rites 5.99 6.29 or 6.99. go to Walmart where prices are better ..”

“Aldi is a great specialty grocery store with interesting options and very good prices.
The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that a lot of their packaged food has BIOENGINEERED ingredients.
Something to keep in mind if you care about that sort of thing.”
