Jesse of Phone Repair quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a fair estimate on repair cost. They kept me up to date on the repair process and got my Lap top working in a timely fashion and did an awesome job on the monitor replacement. “This store opens at 10AM at work days which is good. When I arrived the store at 10:30, the door was locked and you have to call the number posted on the front door. After the call, the staff will open the door for you soon. I was there to revert my eSIM to physical SIM of First Net. The staff worked for me was KP, and he was very helpful. It took me about about 5 mins, and I got the physical SIM card installed in my new phone. It works well.”

“i bought a new unlocked phone ,, that needs a nano sim ,, ,but my old flipper phone is a standard sim AT&T prepaid.... so i stopped in to buy a nano sim .. well the store rep then just asked for my phone ,, took the std sim out and punch cut it to nano size sim ,, then put it in my new phone ,, tested it to make sure it worked .. and then did not charge me a cent ... Now that is customer service ,, that if I need any more service or need to purchase anything with AT&T ,,, i will definitely come here. .. Thanks again to this AT&T store .. ,,”

“For several months I could not use a cable to charge my Samsung Galaxy 10+ phone because I would get a moisture detection warning. I tried multiple suggestions on Youtube that claimed to resolve the issue but none of them worked. I had resigned to using wireless charging that was not always convenient. One day last month I went to a repair shop in East Brunswick Mall to see if they could fix it. The owner said it was either the port or a chip in the phone (which was expensive) and could require leaving it for several days. I decided I would have to think about it. I was driving through New Brunswick on my way home and saw the sign for VIP Repair LLC and decided to pull over and stop in. They replaced the port in about 15 minutes which resolved the problem and for a price that was much less than the shop in East Brunswick quoted. I waited about a month to give a review just to make sure the warning didn’t come back but so far it continues to charge with the cable without a moisture warning. I wholeheartedly recommend VIP and definitely would go back to them if I have any repair needs in the future.”

“Got my 11 Pro Max fixed in like 10 minutes not even lying. I left it and went to get cash out of the atm in 7 Eleven by the time I was back it was already finished. They only charged me $100 compared to another place I went to back in March on Smith St where they had charged me $135. They were busy but still managed to get it done. The screen is high quality which looks amazing. Totally recommend this place”
