“Cell phones are a necessary tool for Yelp reviewers. My ancient iPhone 12 was getting a little long in the tooth so I started searching for Verizon stores near me. The staff at a couple were unhelpful and, sadly, a little pushy. My wife, smarter than I, searched further afield and sent me here. Wow! I was greeted by a tech named Tom. He checked me into their system in about a minute. He made me comfortable working with him because he actually listened to my concerns and needs. After examining my account he recommended a new phone that is the current state of the art ... iPhone 15 Pro ... and a plan that had higher speed and he explained that with a trade in, and a switch to automatic paying with a checking account, my monthly bill would remain the same! There was a minor glitch with the trade in, but Tom went to their help desk while I sat and he cleared everything up. While I waited, he updated the iOS on the new phone and transferred everything perfectly. Tom was amazing. Really. He knows his products. He doesn't sell more than you need, rather he listens and recommends options that he thinks will offer the best value. My experience with him told me there are still people who come to work to do the best job for the customer and properly represent the products his company offers. Quite a rare treat in these me-first days! Great service, amazing sales tech, perfect transaction. Sad I can only assign just 5 stars.”
“We were on the road and did not have internet. I called Connect10 and Tyler answered the phone he overnighted the modem and the next day we had fast internet. We have used this all over the country and always had great connection. If it is slow I just live chat and within a few minutes they have found a better carrier and the internet is good for working or steaming. I highly recommend Connect10 and the personal quick response to any issues.”
“I had a problem with my phone, Verizon customer service was horrrrrrible (Manny/Trillion/Shian & Justin) were excellent, my problem was so unheard of that it literally took them all to fix my phone, they were patient, helpful, showed concern, worked together and made sure I was a happy customer before I left…….Im never going to any other location and I live approximately 20mins away and there is a location 5mins away from me!”

Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. I’m so happy to have remained with a company that hired a person like Mr.Christopher. Definitely the environment embodies a safe place for all, whether you are a tech savvy person or a “detached upgrader”. This store has supplied me with the best service of a lifetime.”

“Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”

“I recently went to this Prospect Ave. Xfinity store location to upgrade my XB7 gateway to an XB8. I spoke with Tirah and she was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She helped me with all of my questions and when I came back later that day with some additional questions, she helped me again the second she saw I was back. She was great.
Honestly, i've been to this store several times over the years and they are always outstanding. They have knowledgable folks working their who go the extra mile to make sure you are being helped and getting your questions answered. “I had a serious issue with my phone. I was unable to use it since I locked it out attempting to lock down the Sim. I went into the Totowa store and was assisted by Dan Stevanovic. I explained my situation, and while the store has limited access to certain account data, Dan was able to troubleshoot the issue. He got me back up and running in short order. He was extremely helpful with answering all my questions. What a great dude.”
“If you are returning equipment to the Verizon location in Springfield NJ, the directions will only say 106 Rt 22, Springfield NJ. Be sure to go to the store on 22 West (side) of 22. There is a Verizon store and showroom on Rt 22 in Springfield that is located on the center isle. You cannot return equipment there. The return store is approximately 3/4 mi further down on the right. By the Steakhouse.
