“I recently brought a vintage watch to Marco and he told me that he would have his watchmaker look at it and provide me an estimate on a repair. Marco said he would text me on a Thursday morning, and he did exactly that. He then told me it would take about a week, and it was ready within about a week. Pretty rare to find a repair shop that gives you incredibly accurate timelines. Communication was accurate, top notch, and his watchmaker is clearly exceptional at what he does. He also has a really great inventory of used watches in his store, which is a real treat to look through as an enthusiast. Highly recommend, without a doubt.”
