“I've actually lived in the neighborhood 5 years and yesterday was my first time...What I do know I bought 3 turkey provolone let tom oil vin mayo on a long roll & I swear the Deli Guy made those in less than 5 min...I also bought fresh sweet ready cut watermelon & a sandwich size bag of fresh cherries 2 lrg. Waters for under 20.00. Got everything We needed for a day at the pool! If you don't enjoy Our local Shop Rite and need odds 'n ends quickly then this is Your New Spot..Check it out”
“Fresh, high quality, inexpensive ethnic produce. I wish they had more south Asian ingredients, but overall there seems to be a great selection of Caribbean, African, and east Asian ingredients. Common grocery store items (milk, eggs, butter) seem to be cheaper in ShopRite but tropical sun has way better produce.”
“The best African market in the USA and I’m serious . I went there during a visit in Newark got some good stuff. But I live In Oklahoma after couple of months I ran out of everything I reached out and guess what they have delivery options ? and it was so fast and cheap . My local African market doesn’t have all I need . So this Is my forever place to go . I recommend it big time . Wherever you are . Thank me later .”

“I ordered an Italian cheese steak and it was too seasoned and salty that I couldn’t finish it after a few bites. However, the meat portion and size of the sandwich I would go back but ask them not to put the seasoning. I don’t think it is terrible I just had that one experience and it was nice and clean inside. Which is why I gave it 4 stars.”
