“This is a new store. Sure it is empty but that's great for me. I don't have to look around for people to help me. As soon as you walk in literally everyone greets you. I love that the cosmetics counter is on the first floor considering Bergdorfs, Neimans and RIP Barney's were basement level. Cosmetics is an impulse buy and why wouldn't you want to be welcomed by pretty people?! I needed to pick up my Cle de Peau Mascara it took less than 2 minutes. Everyone was so friendly. Walked over to the Balenciaga department and everyone there talked to me. There is a keen sense of urgency I haven't seen in a long time and this is refreshing. This type of service wants to make you buy buy buy. When I made my purchase you will have to give them your info again even if you are in the system at their other stores. I think their client file is separate bc I've been a client at the SF and Beverly Hills store for years and they needed my email, address etc. Anyway, love shopping here and the American Dream Mall.”
