“I don’t usually write reviews, but this time it’s warranted. I was in a few days ago to make a return (ridiculous you can’t ship back) and I was taken care of by the nicest and most patient associate I’ve ever dealt with at a retail store. Her name is Devi and she should be recognized. The system was acting funky and she had to return everything individually. She didn’t make me feel like a nuisance, instead she apologized, smiled and carried great conversation. I was returning over ten things! This woman should be a manager because she knows how to keep a level head, a good attitude, and gives exceptional customer service. Someone give this lady a raise!”

“I had the best experience at this store with Nancy. She was absolutely the main reason why I passed on a suit purchase at Macy’s and returned to Nordstrom. I was still undecided but after talking with her I went to Macy’s and didn’t get nearly the service I would’ve expected or the quality I hoped for; so I quickly returned to Nordstrom. I spent more on a quality suit and Nancy who was extremely helpful made the decision very easy.”

“Went to this Old Navy for the first time just to browse but came out with two outfits, looking forward to wearing them once the weather warms up. I’m normally overwhelmed in stores shopping due to the disorganization and too many people. I didn’t feel this way after this shopping trip so that was a plus.
Pros: Items were organized and easy to find.
Cons: Maybe I missed the carts or carry bags but I had to carry all items in my arms around the store to try on at the fitting room.”
“I had such a wonderful experience at Jhene and Grey in Mount Holly. The service was truly exceptional — Les took the time to walk me through the details of the pieces in her shop and was incredibly knowledgeable about the styles she carries. When I was trying on outfits, she was so warm and attentive, offering to bring different sizes and making the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. The shop itself has really cute, trendy clothing, and everything felt thoughtfully curated. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the selection and the customer experience. I’ll definitely be back!”

Somebody thought it was a good idea to change a registers around and put do it yourself registers. My Opinion total failure. No matter how long the line it moved quickly. No its a total mess.”

Elektra is a fabulous small business that gives back to the community. I have been a client myself for 29 years . It appears the last reviewer was looking for something for nothing. Anyone who know Toni will know that she does not believe in cutting off kids hair. Toni specializes in healthy natural hair and designing weaves and wigs for those facing hair loss.”
