From start to finish, everyone is a pleasure. This was the second time I used Expo as I was so impressed with them the first time.
Laura, who handled the administrative end of things and was quick and efficient, made everything super easy. Said and his team (Alex, Vladimir and Anatoly) who did the physical move, are simply wonderful to work with. Not only are they polite and professional, but everyone who I’ve spoken to at Expo seems genuinely nice! Oh! Another reason I highly recommend their services, is because not only did they deal with a 4-location move. On top of that was a complete clean out! They even handled the items I was disposing of with the greatest care.

“Let me start by saying—this has to be the best Extra Space Storage in NYC, maybe even the best storage facility in the city, period. The facility is spotless. I didn’t see a single rat dropping, no roach, nothing—and for me, that’s incredibly important. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, and it shows. The entire place is extremely well maintained, even the bathroom, which is rare when it comes to storage facilities. When I arrived to store my belongings, I realized I had overlooked an important detail: my items needed to be kept in a climate-controlled environment, and unfortunately, this location doesn’t offer that. I had a bit of a meltdown—but Justin, the store manager, was incredibly kind and accommodating. He listened to my concerns (and frustration with myself), reassured me that we’d find a solution—and we did. Moving is stressful enough, so I deeply appreciated the time and attention both Justin and Asia gave me. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and supported during the process.I've stored at several places before, and this one stands out because the staff genuinely care about what they do. The level of customer service here is exceptional. I sincerely hope upper management and corporate take notice—Justin and Asia deserve recognition for the superb job they’re doing. PS - See attached pics of the unit I chose. My unit was a 10 x 10…. Bigger than I needed”

“These guys 100% deserve a great review - I don't usually take the time. Yet.......
- Early so they could start on time, plus got the great spot near our buildings freight elevator. (Which saved me money since I was on hourly).
- I am in a CPW building, requiring all types of hurdles, (insurance certificates etc) Divine's back office provided instantly.
- These guys work hard, whilst smiling and looking like they enjoy it? No way am I going to be "efficient" and help with the prep.....when these guys are fast.
- Meticulous and organized; They did it like how I imagine a military plan would happen i.e. I have a large apt so which rooms got cleared first to make easy access for the rest of the move, strategy in box placement heaviest first etc. I noticed anything that had small parts, (like when beds and headboards were taken apart) the additional parts were carefully wrapped and then attached to the item so they weren't lost, hence at my new apt everything was put back together- lucky the head guy had a tool box, as I certainly didn't.
- Nothing broken in numerous moves (thousands of items) over 12 years in NYC. No wonder it is time I review them.
- I am and have been very comfortable highly recommending Divine to my friends. One interior designer friend (who moves clients all the time) recently got back to me to thank me....Amongst other things, David team moved 9 seriously heavy, very tall doors, that wouldn't fit in the freight elevator, walked up 10 flights of stairs, in a pre war stairwell with no AC........her problem was solved without a single complaint from the guys.
- Divine Moving is great, I wish they did other things besides moving and storing so I could hire them even more.
- Who would know out of all the trades and services I have hired that a moving company (usually associated with a stressful moving day, where so many things can go wrong) would be at the top. David THANK YOU for making my moving days/ life so much easier.”
