“Just visited Extra Space Storage in Fort Lee for the first time, and I had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. They took the time to answer my questions and were very accommodating throughout the process. Excellent customer service—I would definitely recommend this location!”
“If you are looking for a storage facility, come here and ask for Gena! She was absolutely amazing, and the work she did helping me out was great, great, great. Her customer service skills are unmatched—she is incredibly professional, kind, and went completely above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
The entire facility is also spotless and remarkably clean, which gave me total peace of mind. Public Storage management, if you are reading this: Gena is a major asset to your company and deserves a promotion or a raise for her outstanding hard work!”
“These guys did an outstanding job they definitely made my move very easy. The representative set a realistic expectation for my delivery which was very trustworthy for me in contrast with other companies that I've used in the past. If I have to, I'll definitely be using this company again.”

“We had a wonderful experience renting a space here. Gregory at the front desk was so helpful and kind while walking us through the process, and offered very useful tips about how to best take advantage of our storage unit. Thanks Gregory!”
