The customer service is outstanding. I recently had an issue with an item I purchased, and the store manager handled it with professionalism, kindness, and respect. They resolved the problem quickly and made sure I left satisfied.

“I run in here frequently, it's very easy to get into even if you're in a wheelchair, the prices are extremely reasonable comparable in my opinion to Walmart in many instances although they're inventory is not necessarily as adequate but if you're willing to make adjustments to what you want you're going to walk out the door with good prices on most of the stuff that you get the staff is not especially helpful but they will ring you up.”

“Perfect place to grab stocking stuffers during the holidays as they have a large selection of small affordable toys. I find myself going here for little add ons to gifts. The claw machines here are impossible so it’s best to stay away from those.”
“Located in the lower level of Macy's, Backstage is the clearance store for Macy's and Bloomingdale's. I often find worthwhile bargains here and usually quality merchandise.
This department is often unorganized, while on my last visit it was quite clean and tidy.
The service is usually quite good, although there is often only one cashier in this department and the lines can get long. You can always take any merchandise to another cashier in a different department.”
“Cyrrelle is best in 2nd floor❤🫂 First floor the Pakistani origin guy is best, I don’t remember his name but he is very helpful. He is slightly old and when asked he said he is from Lahore.”

“Always love it here. Free parking and low low prices. So much to choose from. You can get most of the food you need here. It’s a great deal and I love coming here and grazing on buying stuff for the home and you get tech stuff too. Plus the pharmacy and Subway and Auntie Anne’s.”

He even went to the back to check if the hat I wanted was still in stock. I never felt left alone or like I had to figure things out on my own.
