“I visited the T-Mobile store at Menlo Park Mall expecting to resolve what I thought would be a simple issue, which ultimately turned into a more time-consuming situation. A store associate named Al assisted me immediately upon arrival and clearly explained the steps I needed to take, which I followed carefully. When the issue persisted, he took the time to work directly on my phone himself, but the problem still could not be resolved.
At that point, I suggested purchasing a new phone, and he agreed that it was the best solution. Throughout the entire process, he remained calm, patient, and supportive, ensuring I felt guided every step of the way. I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication to customer service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking assistance or excellent service at this location. Thank you”

“After having issues connecting my home cameras to my 5g i contacted the general customer service number and was told to visit the closest Optimum location. And so I brought my device to this edicon location to be switched out for one that gives me an option to connect to their 2.4g and 5g. The female representative assisted me with the exchange after the initial young male representative didn't seem to be familiar with that issue. Didn't take more than 10 minutes. I was in and out. I was satisfied with the service.”
“Love the service here. With Starbucks and pizza hut inside it's amazing to shop I this target. A little pricey in some items but overall a very good store to shop. And this is close to Menlo mall and other shops. Love shopping here. Hassle free returns . Love the service in returns and pickup area . It gets a bit crowded in weekends and other holidays . Lots of parking outside . Fantastic location . Good selection of items ..”
“Booked a demo session on Apple Vision Pro, for myself, hubby and my next door neighbors. We couldn’t indicate that it was for 4 people online, so I explained it when I arrived (which was late!). The staff was so wonderful, and they set up the demo for all 4 of us simultaneously! Anton, who teaches how to do the presentation gave us the demo. He was so patient with us, and his passion for this new technology was so infectious. We ended up having a life changing experience together as best friends and resolving to purchase 2 Apple Vision Pro headsets. The service and support in this store is incredible. It’s a store that sells technology, but the focus of the employees like Anton is definitely on the humans that will be using and controlling it. We are so grateful to be so well taken care of. We will not shop for apple products ANY OTHER PLACE!”
