“The gentlemen here are fantastic! Extremely friendly and took their time making sure my phone was fixable before moving me onto a new one, absolutely love that they were trying to save me money, super explanatory on anything I was curious about. “They were nice and friendly. Very professional and accurate at what they are doing. We spent less time waiting as compared to other merchants. I definitely recommend any one to check them out at Menlo Park when your phone screen is messed up. AL B. Koroma.”

“Brandon did an amazing job helping me and my mom do our upgrades. He was very knowledgeable and professional. If you are needing anything go stop by the kiosk in Sam’s club in Edison it was convenient and fast even better than the actual T-Mobile store. He did an excellent job!”

“For someone who has severe social anxiety, Dennis and Leroy were extraordinary amazing at putting me at ease, making me feel welcome, answering all my questions and helping me with things I've been putting off for months/years through t mobile. I was so amazed by their humor and gentleness, that I ended up purchasing a new phone for myself when my husband and I showed up with the intention just to buy one for him. Dennis and Leroy are such an effective team, and need to be given raises. Immediately. They were able to help me lower my plan to boot! I left t mobile so happy and will continue to visit this one location specifically to see them. Thank you for hiring Dennis and Leroy. They are considered national treasures in our household. Never let them go.”

“Love the service here. With Starbucks and pizza hut inside it's amazing to shop I this target. A little pricey in some items but overall a very good store to shop. And this is close to Menlo mall and other shops. Love shopping here. Hassle free returns . Love the service in returns and pickup area . It gets a bit crowded in weekends and other holidays . Lots of parking outside . Fantastic location . Good selection of items ..”

“I received exceptional customer service when buying an Apple Watch Series 12. I was initially at Bridgewater Mall Apple Store and the customer service was so poor I left and came here. They got me in and out on a busy day and were very friendly/great to chat with. Would happily spend the extra time to commute here rather than Bridgewater next time”
