Juan, the manager at the Galloway branch and his entire staff are very friendly, always helpful and accommodating. The bank is always neat, clean and welcoming. “Staff has been very helpful whenever we go there to do our banking or we have needed financial advice. They have a nice variety of financial products and interest rates are consistently higher than other banks in the area. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is their policy that you must bring in new money to get their best interest rates and they really do not reward customer loyalty.”

“I had a pleasant surprise at Wells Fargo Bank in Point Pleasant New Jersey. I asked a personal banker named Perry how to put my debit card into my digital wallet in my phone. He didn't want to tell me, instead he took me to his desk and he did it while I watched. It's very rare to get that kind of help these days. He was great, thank you. There are a couple of other people that work there that I'd like to give a good review on, Jojo and Kathy. They are also very helpful when I go.”
