āWas in the store this past Saturday. There was a kid who was a little short on his purchase. The cashier came over and put up the money he needed to be able to purchase a football. He walked out of there super happy. Times like these we need a little kindness. What may seem small to others can be really big to someone else. āOur little Marshalls here in Newton had an extraordinary selection of furniture, cookware, bathroom and kitchen accoutrements, including some very high quality bedding, bath towels and great customer service.
I've yet to meet a rude customer advocate in this shop. They have all been helpful, they don't try and sell you anything you don't need or want, and their products are very high quality for their low prices.
If I had any feedback for consumers, there is a LOT to look at and as a result you'll have a good time shopping if you like shopping in real life.
It's almost a physical product overload. If you remember a shop called "The Bombay Company" this place is very similar, however the theme is different. More modern than an antique replica vibe.
I like shopping so, for me, I could spend hours in this store.ā

āI had purchased a pair of dress shoes for my son at the Kohls store in Paramus, where I usually shop, but they didn't fit him and that store didn't have the correct size. I decided to call a few other Kohls stores to find out if they had the shoes in the size my son needed, and the one in West Paterson was able to help me. I went there the next day and made the exchange without any problems.ā
āAngel at the Sephora was such a delight, she shade matched me PERFECTLY (Iām always in between shades) but she got it immediately! And she was extremely sweet. Will definitely be going back to shop when sheās there. Makeup shopping can be scary but she made me feel extremely comfortable!ā

āINKMASTER REVIEWSā¢: i'm giving this TJ Maxx a W, not because the store or website is great or anything~ but because of service! Our checkout cashier, Valentina was so nice, she was singing nicely the whole time, and also, commented on the gift I was getting my grandmother and said it was 'cute' and that shed seen it before! Offered to wrap up my mug, since it could break, and also the candle. She was smiling the whole time, and when we told her about the website, where it said they were open to 11, (when it's actually 930) she immediately told the manager, and she was also very kind and interacted with us, saying that they were sorry , and 'we could shop more if we wanted to!' Incredibly good service, never get rid of these employees!ā
āAppreciate this store a lot - I emailed them to check on a book and shortly after received a response, which is somewhat rare. They didnāt have it in stock but ordered it for me and I was able to pick it up a few days later. I will be back :)ā

Since she did that, I took cart back to store. This staff very professional.ā
āI went to this location to get pots and other kitchen items. Russell, the associate in the kitchen department was super helpful and friendly. The pot set was heavy and he helped us to bring the items on a cart to our car and even helped us to place it inside the car.

āI really enjoyed my experience at this Kiehls. I went in opened to get some items I researched myself and whatever else I could find to fix my concerns. The staff member, Lydia, was so pleasant to work with. She did a scan of my face and went through my results with me. What I liked most is she was honest and did not take advantage of my vulnerability. She explained what was best and I walked away with everything I needed and saved on the things I thought I needed but were not the most advantageous based on my results. I trust her guidance and I am looking forward to going back in 30 days for a follow up scan, as I already see positive changes in 2 uses. *Purchased the Barrier Repair Cream, Microdermabrasion Scrub and Calendula Tonerā

āLindsey was incredible! She spent so much time with my mother finding a pair of sneakers. We tried many brands, many insoles and she was patient, kind and fun through the whole experience. āThe stuff at TJ Maxx close to Columbus circle ā is different and have more selection than in Staten Island TJ Maxx. Men's area here specially have the runway brand names like Marc Jacobs and other high end names. The stuff here is good and the Jewellary is good price

āWalmart is walmart. When I go I usually go in the last hour before they close so it's not busy at that time. Don't like that they took away self-service checkout but unfortunately that's one way to deter ppl from stealing? Also don't like that it's now not open 24/7 but I guess they're gonna do what they need to in order to be more profitable, otherwise what's the point?ā

āLisa P was so very helpful today. I had lost my phone while shopping today and someone actually had stolen it. I had no clue what to possibly do, retraced my steps, and Lisa P was so kind even to lend me her phone to call my family. We realized someone actually had taken it all the way to Passaic after tracking it. And after all that 2 hours later they returned my phone and Lisa P ended up calling us back saying they actually brought the phone back and she was going to keep it safe. Lisa P held onto my phone to ensure it was in safe keeping and I am very grateful I had her to help me throughout the time, if it weren't for her I had no phone, no means to call anyone, and she so graciously helped me out. Thank you Lisa P for everything and thank you for making sure it got back to me safely.ā
