“I recently went here for blood work and the front desk lady with the short hair bob acts like she doesn’t want to do her job by her body language you can tell she has an attitude so rude too to other patients and had the audacity to ask if I was a male just because I accidentally put it online but she seen the blood work order said female so she could’ve fixed that without being extra and asking that I’m only giving the place a 4 stars because the phlebotomy ms.TEE she was the only one with an amazing attitude made me laugh made my day much better so sweet and gentle I recommend going because tee isn’t so rough you don’t even feel the pinch ! I love her !! And her attitude”

“I always went to quest , after being treated awful for the third time because the person drawing blood said she never received my fax or email she Made me wait 40 minutes with an appointment, never took me in after my drs office confirmed she got the email , I decided to go to lab corp !! LIKE DAY AND Night , the girls are beyond nice , professional , so so clean LAB CORP is the only place I’ll ever go everyone should just go once you’ll NEVER go back to Quest !! “I had an excellent experience at this Labcorp location today. From the moment I checked in to the moment I walked out, less than 10 minutes had passed - everything was incredibly fast and well organized.
The staff were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. Sonia assisted me at the front desk, explained everything clearly, and also performed my test. This was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. I have very difficult veins and tests are usually stressful for me, but Sonia found a vein immediately and the process was completely painless.
I am very grateful for her skill, patience, and gentle care. Thank you, Sonia, you are the best!

“Although I checked in early for my appointment, I was taken 25 minutes after my appointment time. I am retired and did not have a problem with that on that particular day but I think Quest could do a better job scheduling appointments.”

I have bad veins and hard to even find a vein....rolling as well. She is patient, understanding, she used a hot pack to bring up the vein, she had me sling my arm, she had many tricks and success every single time with no discomfort. The best of the best she is

Sophie is a sweetheart and so is the other nurse . Every time I’ve been there my blood is ALWAYS drawn on the first try!!!! They are the sweetest, kindest women and very skilled at drawing blood. “I had the most pleasant experience having my blood work done at this place. I care most about bedside manner, kindness, and efficiency. This location is excellent. I would recommend making an appointment online before going. It is small and many people come for walk-ins but the staff remain calm and friendly despite the high level of people that come in. The staff speak fluent English and fluent Spanish and are incredibly nice. I had to wait a few minutes with an appointment and once I went in the bloodwork took maybe 5-10 minutes total. They are FAST and efficient. Thank you to the people at this location for all their hard work.”
“I was a few minutes late to my appointment, but I was still attended because the center accepts walk-ins. The woman at the front desk nicely added me to the system in a few minutes and then drew my blood in no time. I was out in 15 minutes.”
“I have been here numerous times and am always so impressed how efficient they are. The kiosk sign in is easy if you scan your license and they welcome walk ins graciously. Like someone else mentioned, you barely have time to sit down and they are calling you to the window. Gerly is professional and very competent. We were waiting for a fax but I was in a hurry so I said I would check back later. She took the initiative to call me when she received it. I recommend location and think older reviews should be scrubbed.”

“I don’t know why people are angry about this place but this is my to-go labcorp. This time, I didn’t have the time to make an appointment because it’s overnight order. I just showed up and checked in on the kiosk with my ID. Was called to the reception after minutes and lab order and insurance got verified. Asked to wait in the exam room and got everything done within 15 minutes. Parking is also validated. Quick in quick out.”
“The best ever. I got tested at their Astoria Covid testing site and got my results in a day. The testers were very organized and super professional. A big plus was being able to sit inside their waiting room, while City MD has a line around the block. I’ll definitely be back.”

“i had a good experience for a walk-in. waited about 15-20 mins. the lady who drew my blood was very attentive and kind. the only issue is the check-in process… it was fine for me, but without a spanish option a lot of the older people without english fluency were struggling and the front desk lady didn’t seem to be helping.”
