“Usually when one thinks about a mobile / wireless store, feelings of dread and "getting ripped-off" are evoked. I recently lost my phone in Colombia (on vacation) and had these exact same feelings as I walked into this Verizon location on 46th street in Sunnyside. Adrian and his team immediately put my mind at ease and explored all possible options to 1) not only get the cheapest (and most appropriate) replacement possible, but also 2) took the extra time to ask what my needs truly were. After about 5 minutes he presented several options and we proceeded with the one that I selected. I was truly happy with his team and the level of service they provided - I wish ALL Verizon locations were like this!!! It's rare in business to come across individuals who genuinely just want to help you out - Adrian and his team are that rare breed that exemplify these values - they really just want to help you out. I am very grateful I chose this location and extremely lucky to have met them. Highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent customer service, down to earth business people, and really an excellent cell phone (and plan!)”

“I want to add another glowing review of Mohamed at the Verizon 2nd Ave and 90th Street store in the UES.....
My close friend, who already had a bad experience at her neighborhood Upper West Side store, was still looking to buy a .phone.
I brought her to see Mohamed at 2nd Ave and 90th Street. Aa with me a few months ago, Mohamed was fantastic! So knowledgeable of phones and plans. He listened to what she needed and came up with the best priced plan for her. He transferred all of her data to the new phone, he made it all so easy. Mohamed is very experienced, knowledgeable, friendy respectful, really the best!
While I was there I brought up an issue I was having with my watch. He gave me many pointers on how to use it and downloaded new software to update it. Now it is fantastic!
REALLY, IF YOU NEED A NEW PHONE AND WANT IT FROM VERIZON, THE ONLY AND BEST PERSON TO SEE IS MOHAMED ON THE UES, AT 2ND AVE AND 90TH STREET!!!!

I bought a new phone, tablet and watch from Verizon. I went to your 2nd ave and 90th street store and worked with Mohamed. He is fantastic! Mohamed is knowledgeable, calm, friendly. He made this a wonderful experience for me! He transferred all of my data from my old phone to my new phone, synced all of my devices and even showed me features that I never knew I had on my phone!
I was very lucky to work with him. He made it all seamless and easy, and everything works perfectly.
