He informed me he can help me, just come on in. I went in the bank; I most say his welcoming and warmness over the phone, has nothing on when you meet him in person. Before I said anything he already knew my name. Helped me dilengently with everything I asked for. This experience is by far the nicest, perfessional experience I have ever had from any bank. “Five stars for today’s service, But only for Employee “Rupert”

For some reason every time I come to this location, I get strange vibes. Not sure if it’s because of the color of my skin. One incident that sticks out to me specifically, Was I forgot my drivers license at this location, They called me to pick it up, they told me to take a seat, I had to wait 18 minutes while they took people that arrived AFTER I did, just to hand me my license back. Then to top it off in order to get my drivers license back, They wanted another photo ID of me. luckily I had my passport in my car. Is that not strange?

Second incident that stuck out to me, I was attempting to take some money from one of my accounts (I have two) I guess since the check was 20+K they did not want to give me money saying “if something happens you be responsible for the cash” this is an entirely new staff by the way, There used to be an Indian lady here, And way nicer staff.
Not the only reason why that comment was strange to me, Was because one of my direct deposits comes directly to this bank from a hospital! IN the same TOWN, THAT I also LIVE IN, for over 2k per check after taxes. And I’ve been with this bank since 2010.

But RUPERT! You sure did a good job today! Because I walked in with an attitude and left with a smile. ?
But I was definitely expecting some bullshit!

I would say, though if you’re Hispanic, this is definitely the location for you. Awesome service. ??”

“NVE felt like it was a part of my family. Going back to being a little girl, I recall going through the drive through with my mom and being met with kindness and friendliness from the tellers. I accompanied my mom when she visited the branch in Englewood, and each person treated her with kindness and respect. When my mom passed 8 years ago, she left an IRA, and I began a banking relationship with Cheryl in their IRA department. Since 2016, she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She knew who I was whenever I called along with the details of the account. Even so, she took the time to verify me, because she is diligent in her work. When it recently came time to transfer the account, she went above and beyond to help me. The banking relationship is now over since I no longer live in NJ, but I will always remember this bank as a friendly and welcoming place. Cheryl was especially helpful to me during a difficult time, consistently showing kindness and attentiveness to my account. Thank you for 60+ years of being a helpful, kind, and respectful bank for my family.”
