“We went shopping this morning at Lowe’s and had a great experience. We met the most wonderful ladies in the store and they gave us the best customer service that I ever received in a long time.
We did have our little sidekick Rex with us and he received a lot of attention.
The store was fully stocked and everyone was going to give us a hand if needed.
The restaurants were currently under renovation And we had to use some premium restrooms outside that were portable.
The only downside was the restrooms did need some cleaning though And it was already 7:30 in the morning.”

Today I dropped my car keyfob on the street and it stopped working. I thought I'd be spending the day waiting for AAA, but I went to Hastings Paint and Hardware and asked if they could help, and the man at the front desk took it apart, put it back together correctly, and didn't charge me a cent. I'm very thankful. Most of the negative reviews here on Yelp refer to the previous ownership. The people who work there now are terrific.”

“This place has taken great care of me twice when I needed particular fixtures for the apartment my mother moved into in New York City. They have about a million of these all around the walls of their store, and apparently another million somewhere in the basement!My purchase was quite small (a few towel bars and hooks), but they were very attentive and took good care of what I was looking for and found exactly what I wanted and needed each time.The place is not glitzy, but their stock is very nice, they know what they're doing, and how to ask the right questions to find what you're looking for.It's an old-fashioned, high-quality kind of store, and they will take good care of you and find what you need.”
