“A lot of banks just don't have an in house notary public anymore- we tried the Chase next door to this Charles Schwab location and they told us "come back at 3pm, the notary public MIGHT come in"... nobody's got time for that!I saw Schwab next door and ran in to see if they could help-I didn't even have my Schwab debit card on hand but the snazzily dressed gentleman at the front desk patiently heard me out and quickly reached out to his colleague who was a notary public, who came out to help us a few minutes later.I appreciated the excellent customer service at this location!”

“The PNC Bank location across from MSG is comfortable and fully staffed with very helpful staff. I got to know a lot of them during COVID and thankfully the Bank has retained most of their staff. They are competent and polite. Although that part of town has become rather gross, the PNC branch on 31st and 7th Ave is a welcomed respite.”

They have security and three ATM machines. The establishment is clean and orderly. Staff are professional and knowledgeable. Their legal department does not work on the weekends.
