3 Park Lane, EnglishtownCarrie is not only an amazing person but she is a phenomenal dog trainer! Our family is so blessed and lucky to be able to work with her. We were at our wits end with one of our rescue dogs. Sadly I hate to say, we were on the verge of returning her to the rescue. Thanks to Carrie she’s the happy, well trained dog she was meant to be. There is no more chaos in our home. We hands down recommend Carrie to anyone who has a dog!!

The Baklava Lady
34 Main Street, EnglishtownWe came for the baklava and left with so many new favorites! I originally planned to grab dessert here and get food elsewhere, but once I saw the sandwiches, I had to try one and I’m so glad I did.
I ordered the lemon chickpea tuna sandwich, and my boyfriend got the garlic pepper steak Sammy. Both were absolutely delicious! The pasta salad that came with the Sammy was sooo good and such a nice surprise. The food being vegan was another pleasant surprise we loved how flavorful everything was!
The rose water lemonade was perfectly refreshing, and my boyfriend’s baklava latte did not disappoint. Then came the bird’s nest baklava—OMG! It was everything I hoped for and more.
But the jasmine rice pudding deserves its own spotlight. I’ve honestly never tasted anything like it. Easily the BEST rice pudding I’ve ever had!
The atmosphere was cozy and charming, with lovely traditional touches and books by local writers that made the space feel extra special.
From the delicious homemade food to the drinks, desserts, and atmosphere, this was such a wonderful experience. We’ll absolutely be back!
