“Today I was in a panic someone hacked my card and my funds were all frozen it was 11:53am 7 minutes till closing I’m come in frazzled and the two most wonderful employees the teller named Silvia who got me a water and made sure we would figure it out, when then she got the manager Jeremy who sat on hold on the phone for me for almost 35 mins to get me a new card and to make sure I left with it all handled. They didn’t make me feel like a burden I feltHorrible keeping them after hours they stayed and hour or more past their time just to make sure I was good. I’m so grateful for this branch and most of all for it being those two people being there. I can’t say enough how kind and courteous they were. Thank you both again! “I needed help desperately in order to get documents together In order to send in an application for an apartment. My house was sold and I was very nervous about getting this application done with documentation and needed my bank statements etc. It was near closing time. A customer service representative named Icohn Morressett helped me. He not only saw to it that I had the documents needed, buy he stayed after hours to help me through the process of the application and made sure that I had everything needed to send to the leasing company all the way up to hitting send on the application. I'm a 78 year old widow and was extremely nervous and emotional at that time and he made me feel seen. I'm waiting for a response from the apt but I can rest assured that everything was done correctly. I thanked him profusely and he said that he would want someone to be there if it was his grandmother. Thank you Ichon.”
