Julio took a tremendous amount of time with me and my daughter, trying to straighten out an issue with Verizon that was interfering with her ability to upgrade her phone. He literally took over 3 hours of his day to assist us. I recommend this location of Verizon highly, and only wish all of it's locations offered this level of service and integrity.
