“I sent a package and the guy at the counter printed the sticker and didn't add the apartment number, he also covered the return address. I didn't know where the package was so I filed a claim only to be denied. Then something said to go in and speak to the manager. That was yesterday and he called this morning and left a message saying it would be delivered today. His name is Frankie and he's a wonderful Manager! My son finally got his shoes I sent him for his birthday. This is what you call Great customer service! Even though the first guy fumbled Frankie really came through and I'm grateful ?”

“I've been using this place a lot recently, selling stuff on eBay. The staff are really knowledgeable and efficient, and friendly for the most part. There's plenty of parking and I've only ever stood it queue for a a maximum of a couple of minutes, it's usually pretty quiet there.”

(I used to live in a city where the post office served a larger population and had longer business hours so this took a little adjustment for me.)”
“It's a local Post Office. With all the challenges and features of most that I have visited (Rocky Hill, West Windsor, Lawrence, etc.). Sometimes there is a wait, but the line seems to move reasonably well. I think they do a good job.”

“Although I unfortunately didn't catch her name, the clerk who assisted me a few weeks ago was incredibly helpful. She was very kind when helping me understand which packaging and slips I needed. She then went above and beyond by making me aware that something was missing from my package (which was an application for something important) and helping me find a way to include it so that my application would be processed correctly. I can't thank her enough for her assistance!”

“I recently had to contact one of the supervisors at the Trenton Carrier Annex. It was in regard to a priority mail express package that had been delivered to the wrong house. I immediately contacted Jay. He instantly got back to me, immediately asked for the tracking number and within 15 minutes my package was delivered to my door correctly!!! I could not be more impressed with Jay. His dedication to Providing top-notch customer service did not go unnoticed. Jay, thank you so so much for your help yet again.
