Came to Leo & Ray's, they investigated, found a loose connection which caused an issue. They tightened it, so the car consistently starts now. They didn't even charge anything for the time spent.
Wish them a lot of business and will be coming back for any car issues or maintenance.”

“Go to a car dealership and have them tell you what your car needs and then bring the list to Don and have him look at it. He will give his honest evaluation and you will see you don't need most of what's listed. Then he will fix the ones you do need repaired for a very reasonable price. He's kept my cars running well for a long time. He's the best!!”

“I’ve been going to Al for over 30 years. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my car. One time he pushed my mother’s car to his shop in the pouring rain with water up to his ankles and didn’t complain. I have a ‘97 Buick Riviera and he rebuilt the top of the engine and I am still driving it today because of him. He is as honest as they come and is reasonable and good natured. Manny cannot do enough for you. They are gifted mechanically and are like family.”

“One of the most honest and best mechanics in the area. If work doesn't need to be done he will tell you that straight up. I've been going to him for almost 5 five years now, and have recommended countless people to him. All of which have been extremely happy with his service. The only complaint I have is that he closes a bit early at around 4:00 PM however he is open supper early in the morning and has even fixed my car that I dropped off the night before before I even woke up. I should also mention that my family used to use Leo & Ray's for many years however we found that many issues were misdiagnosed in more than one occasion or that we were overcharged for unnecessary labor. That is an issue I've never had with George.”

“Was greeted by a nice gentleman who opened the center and was so pleased to see Alissa behind the counter. She has such a nice way of doing the intake and then explaining the services needed. Told someone that I didn’t feel I needed to “steel” myself for the service up sale push. She is a total GEM of an employee!! There was another lady that was working on her day off to cover the cashier area who was pleasant and professional even though could tell she was exhausted. Oh and the renovated showroom looks great!”

“Visited the JDVW Parts Center for a recall and it was an overall GREAT experience. Ease to set up an appt during holiday break. Plus was given an over estimate of what service and parts will need to be replaced on my vehicle. BUT best feature is the text video alert explaining the process and that the car was ready. Overall took about an hour. The service desk reps are also very nice and attentive. Received video + printed statement of estimate. Overall a GREAT experience. ANNNNNND my car got a free car wash inside and out!! Meanwhile, the recall service was free! -- and i received all this great service. Thanks again!”
