“I strongly believe that The 1st Moving corp. ,which help me to relocate from NY to Florida, is the best out of many companies I have used over the last 20 years. The staff work very fast but very diligently and carefully, particularly while packing small and fragile items.Vlad, the president, is very clear about all the details and the fees.He was in touch with me throughout the process. He is also open about the fee negotiation and his fee was reasonable in spite of a great demand for moving serviises nowadays.I strongly recommend 1st Moving corp.to anybody looking for efficiency, professionalism and reasonable fees.Dr. M.kissinClear clear about the”

“Had a wonderful time shipping out an item here that I wasn't sure how to go about. Shantel helped me get in and out in less than 2 minutes and was probably the nicest USPS employee I think I've ever met!”

“This is a satellite from Red Bank, a much larger post office and this does just as much business. Yet Red Bank will not allow more than one person to work here at a time so there are lines frequently. The mail person, Jaime, is absolutely superb in her handling of the job, professional, knowlegable and kind.”

“I have been going here for about 2 years now when I discovered it was there. I mail out many large envelopes during tax season and I'm usually out in less that 5 minutes. The young lady who runs the office is just wonderful to deal with, very polite, courteous and accurate. Those with the negative reviews go stand in line for at least half and hour at the main Post Office in Brick and maybe then you'll be happy!”

“Angela the new post master went above and beyond when a package was received from a Boston post office. She called me right away to let me know it was my son's lost wallet. Then she had it sent directly to him. She has really cleaned up and organized the whole post office. Everything looks great. Gabby and Barbara are wonderful and so happy for Angela's leadership!”

“I needed to know how quickly I could get some Open House invitations out for my listing in Point Pleasant Beach. I called and got through to Amanda who was wonderful and told me exactly how to get them out for next day in their zip code. John at the counter and Matt, the supervisor happily accommodated me. It was so much easier than I had imagined and everyone was so helpful👍”

“On a Friday, I stopped by at noon and there were no lines and I was in a rush to go pick up my son at school. I was in the middle of my workday and business meetings and I ran in and, for some reason, decided I needed my phones for the 2 minutes I would be in there. Well, in my rush, I left both phones behind after paying my transaction. I went, picked up my son, and then finally noticed I was missing my phones. When I returned, not only was the nice man holding my phones but was even charging one of them! I mean, talk about the best customer service ever!Overall, he was also very helpful and courteous. This is the best postal office experience I’ve ever had in my life! And yes, I know, I’m an airhead…”

“The friendliest post office I have ever had the pleasure do deal with. I go in with my 2 year old son maybe twice a week and every single time I go in my son gets a lollipop from Scott. All the workers there are super patient with us but he is exceptionally patient and always treats us so well. Also packages are scanned super quickly and every package gets to destination on time. Thank you Wall Post office for being so great!”

“Thank you to the new postmaster. Things have really shaped up. It's getting a 4 star bc I can't hold my mail here anymore, I have to go to Red Bank. It's odd . . . But very helpful when I go in.”

“I prefer this Post Office to others. They seem to have a lot of complaints about rudeness but I’ve NEVER experienced that. There’s a Santander Bank right there & some other stores. Sometimes Google Maps Street View still shows a Gas Station where there’s now a Chase Bank in place where there was a Gas Station Separated by the parking lot across the street from 6/12 Store.”

“The staff at the Spring Lake post office are exceptional! They were so accommodating and kind to us as we went through the renewal process for our passports. They made our experience easy and it was done so quickly. Thank you!!!!”

“Stop by frequently. Post office is sometimes like the DMV, you do it because you have to, not because you like to! The staff is a blend, some very nice not others - but again, what are you here for? Get your stuff done and move on.”

“It's a post office. It's gotten better over the years.(Though, not everyone who works there likes their job, so us customers sometimes have to put up with it.)”

“Love this post office! Very convenient, no parking issues and the folks are very helpful! I drive extra miles to use this post office to avoid my own town post office which is always crowded and slow.”

“I rate this PO at a 5 star for the simple reason that they are understaffed and still do a great job. Yes it's crowded sometimes but the counter people do take alot of abuse and sarcastic remarks from unpleasant customers who defenatly don't understand customer service and got nothing else to complain about. I'm a bulk shipper and drop off packages daily and weekly, sometimes I do need to wait in line but all the times I did, the counter person was always so nice and helpful. When I needed a supervisor they came out rather quick and did help me when I had some issues with tracking. Overall I want to tell everyone to just be patient and understand it's not the workers, it's the understaffed of the po. Remember, it's a small po with thousands of packages to be delivered, sorted etc...I have no issues and thank those who actually stay there Even through the tough times. I feel your pain as a customer so I Crack a joke with ya when I approach your desk! Keep up the good work...”

“Excellent service!! The worker who helped me was very efficient and polite. I will definitely be going out of my way to come to this location instead of the one closer to my house. Highly recommend.”

“After having a poor customer service experience in Asbury Park (where I've had many poor experiences), I have been delighted with the service at this Wanamassa/Ocean location. I am able to get in and out much faster, and the front end workers are generally much kinder and less stressed. My most recent experience on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 12:53pm - the gentleman who helped me get my PO Box (I wish I knew his name - he is often there and on my receipt it says Clerk 07) could not have been more pleasant. Not only is the service better here, but the same size PO Box in Asbury Park cost over $100 more per year. I will continue to bring my business here.”

“It is a Post Office What do you expect? The Ritz Hotel?Clean. Sometimes there are 10 people on line with one clerk or two customers with one clerk. Never waited more than ten minutes.Luck of the draw. What bothers me is that front parking lot with twelve spaces that are almost always occupiedYou have to watch cars backing up and speeding cars coming from behind and drivers are not always careful. They need to redesign it as this is always ready to have car accidents.”

“Repeating my review that didn't post: I'm going to the belmar post office for 50 years and now I've moved. I will miss all of your general concern for my postal needs. I will miss the friendly helpful voices over the phone. My wish to all you wonderful postal employees is that you stay healthy and safe and all those you hold near and dear to your heart as you risk your life to make ours better. Tom and Sheryl Dudek”

“Overall a great experience! Just dropped off over 130 wedding invitation and John hand stamped them for me while I was there. He was kind and patient and I greatly appreciated his help! Furthermore when I came to ask what type of stamps I needed for my wedding invitation based on the wait they were very knowledgeable about which ones compared to other post offices I went to before.”

“I had low expectations of this location since I saw it did not have good reviews online, especially since I went on a Sat closer to closing time … but they were great!! The guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful.”

“Neighborhood Post Office with good old fashioned customer service!! I remember a time when I was always sending stuff from my neighborhood Post Office in Gardena CA, the crazy post office parking lot soooo tiny, long lines, weighing packages even had a "post office box", lest we should forget tax season lines.....but for it all-- simply being treated like a customer that mattered. Fast forward to 2017-- Although some of that craziness has changed over the years, like my moving clear across the country to NJ, the exceptional service and dependability of the Postal service has not. My now neighborhood Post Office since 2013- provides the same awesome service, answers and help with a smile. Even in long Holidays lines, people deciding on what collectable stamps, how to use the automated stamp /label machine or picking up certified letters to what can ship and what cannot, I have always received top notch customer service. If you have not been to this Post Office you should. The Staff here is especially nice, I was just there yesterday afternoon I wanted to make sure that the box I was re-using to ship some stuff out was acceptable. The Post Lady behind the counter smiled asked how I was doing, how she could help, I explained my question, she checked all the markings, processed the mailing label, gave me my tracking receipt- DONE!!. and wished me a good day and in all of less then 10 minutes, I was on my way. Look, I know people now a days just don't use the Post Office like they used too, most don't use it for letters, they email, they don't mail bills, they pay bills online, or use one of the larger carrier service, but think about how much our Postal Service really moves our packages and letters from one place to another, but in all the years and changes -- they have not lost that personal touch. Anyway- get to know your local Postal office and postal carrier, they are great people and I have always been happy with the service here at the Howell location.”
