“Every time I walk into this UPS Store I’m always impressed with how friendly and welcoming everyone is. All the employees are very nice and helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Rick!
Rick always has a smile on his face and genuinely seems happy to be there. He’ll hold the door when you’re walking in with big heavy packages, happily scan everything for you, and if the printer isn’t working or there’s a jam, he’s always there ready to help. If you come in with kids, he’ll even offer them a Dum-Dum lollipop, which of course they love.
It’s just nice walking into a store and being greeted by someone who is always smiling and actually seems happy to help you. The whole staff is great, but Rick definitely deserves the shoutout.
Hopefully someone from UPS reads this and gets the man a raise or promotion! 😂 He deserves it!”

“My go to store for shipping for years. All the employees are super friendly, so friendly I’ve gotten to know many of them and now call them friends. Rosanna really tries her best to help all her customers with their needs. They also spend serious time with each costumer out of caring that they get the lowest rates, insurance, proper packaging and that the item is being delivered to the correct address. Sometimes this leads to a longer line but it’s worth it. They also have a self shipping kiosk if you have labels already on your packages which is a plus for a quick run in and out if you have some returns.”

“The most amazing store to ever exist! It makes returning items much easier you can return all items from all carriers in one place! And they even provide a free printer, you can print out your label there if you do not have one at home!”
“Buyer beware! I purchased a color ink cartridge from this store. The in-store price for the product was about $6 or $7 more than the advertised price on staples.com. The store did price match for the lower price, but it is worth checking prices before a purchase. The customer service is good.”

“After having a poor customer service experience in Asbury Park (where I've had many poor experiences), I have been delighted with the service at this Wanamassa/Ocean location. I am able to get in and out much faster, and the front end workers are generally much kinder and less stressed. My most recent experience on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 12:53pm - the gentleman who helped me get my PO Box (I wish I knew his name - he is often there and on my receipt it says Clerk 07) could not have been more pleasant. Not only is the service better here, but the same size PO Box in Asbury Park cost over $100 more per year. I will continue to bring my business here.”
“Everything when great I need to pickup my load at the Lakewood New Jersey to save time on the final delivery. I called the Lakewood nj office and talked with Donna Morris and ask if I could pickup my delivery up at the Lakewood location she have to call and get back my load back from final delivery location and she called me to told me I can pickup my load at the Estes location in Lakewood NJ the next day after noon. Thanks to Donna going the extra mile for me.She saved me at least five days of waiting for my load.”

Yet Red Bank will not allow more than one person to work here at a time so there are lines frequently. “Honestly the only good one around. The reviews it self show it. 3.8 states at the time of me making this comment (even if it seems low) is very high for a post office to have as a rating. It's so quick and easy, never had a problem. Everything ships right away, have mailed dozens of packages from Depop selling, to my taxes, etc and everything always works out. Very friendly people inside that don't mind taking the time to talk and help you. Such a contrast from all the awful ones around us (Looking at you Howell post office). Keep up the great work!”
