“I recently ordered a poster online which wasn't going through, so I called up and was told I could email my order. It was 8pm when I did so and my item was done by 3pm the next day. It came out perfectly! The print staff was very helpful and friendly. It was very refreshing to go into a store and have a nice interaction with the employees and not feel like a bother to them. I had a previous visit and needed 100 copies. I thought I scanned my item into the the copier and it was printing out blanks. I freaked out but the employee came right over and fixed it and didnt charge me for the mistake. Again the employee didnt make a big deal about it and was very accommodating and friendly. I wish I had noted everyone's name to give them acknowledgements, but my 2 recent experiences at the print shop were exceptional!!I highly recommend the Shrewsbury Staples, especially the print staff.”

Yet Red Bank will not allow more than one person to work here at a time so there are lines frequently. At almost closing time, we took a little longer than expected to complete our task.The gal tried to be helpful, but she just couldn't understand what it was that we were trying to accomplish.Because she was kind, Fedex gets 4 stars. This means they have packaging supplies.No Sunday FedEx pickup and no onsite scanning so don't ship valuables unless you stop by during pickup times.Note, for UPS this location does not carry their packaging supplies.The guys that work here very nice but it is what it is. Also this location has a workstation if you need it.1 Star removed because they don't scan FedEx drop-offs.”

Then she had it sent directly to him. She has really cleaned up and organized the whole post office. Everything looks great. Gabby and Barbara are wonderful and so happy for Angela's leadership!”

I had lost the address I needed and he had helped me look it up And help me address the label correctly so get to where I needed it to go by the next morning. I had his full attention. He wasn't worried about anybody else and that's unusual these days”

“I actually just went there to do a return at the UPS drop off. There was a young lady named Sam working that area as well as the print service. There were 2 other customers before me, one of whom was a bit difficult. Sam took the time to acknowledge my presence and to assure me that she'd be with me asap. I've been in retail for close to 30 years and it's always such a pleasure to watch someone doing their job so well! I hope that she is well compensated as she is definitely an asset to the store and to the Staples brand. “We had already bought a chair at the Princeton Staples, but went to this Freehold Staples to buy a desk. Vlad was EXTREMELY helpful in finding the desk, telling us about a way to save 25% (over $75) on the desk by buying a combo with the chair, then telling us about coupons to get an additional $15 off. In addition, he helped load the desk into our car so there wouldn't be any damage to the desk or car. Really good guy - highly recommend working with him at this store.”
