“Every time I walk into this UPS Store I’m always impressed with how friendly and welcoming everyone is. All the employees are very nice and helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Rick! Rick always has a smile on his face and genuinely seems happy to be there. He’ll hold the door when you’re walking in with big heavy packages, happily scan everything for you, and if the printer isn’t working or there’s a jam, he’s always there ready to help. If you come in with kids, he’ll even offer them a Dum-Dum lollipop, which of course they love. It’s just nice walking into a store and being greeted by someone who is always smiling and actually seems happy to help you. The whole staff is great, but Rick definitely deserves the shoutout. Hopefully someone from UPS reads this and gets the man a raise or promotion! 😂 He deserves it!”

“After having a poor customer service experience in Asbury Park (where I've had many poor experiences), I have been delighted with the service at this Wanamassa/Ocean location. I am able to get in and out much faster, and the front end workers are generally much kinder and less stressed. My most recent experience on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 12:53pm - the gentleman who helped me get my PO Box (I wish I knew his name - he is often there and on my receipt it says Clerk 07) could not have been more pleasant. Not only is the service better here, but the same size PO Box in Asbury Park cost over $100 more per year. I will continue to bring my business here.”

I called the Lakewood nj office and talked with Donna Morris and ask if I could pickup my delivery up at the Lakewood location she have to call and get back my load back from final delivery location and she called me to told me I can pickup my load at the Estes location in Lakewood NJ the next day after noon. Thanks to Donna going the extra mile for me.She saved me at least five days of waiting for my load.”

“I sent an Easter box to my son in Boston Massachusetts and was told it would get there the Saturday before Easter and the latest the Monday after Easter which I was okay with….well…it never got there. In fact , we thought maybe it was stolen at his place of residence. In addition, I couldn’t track the box because I lost the receipt. I decide to call West long Branch post office to see if anything could be done. Tammy was friendly and helpful and gave me hope. She took my name and number and how much I paid in the mail postage. The next day she called me and told me Consumer Affairs was helping her locate the box…the scanners had issues reading the bar codes(the box went to MA, back to NJ and then back to MA) and she was making sure the box would make it to my son. Tammy was so friendly and went out of her way to help….and it was so appreciated!!! There should be more people out there doing customer service jobs that have a personality, work ethic and friendly disposition as she does! Today, my son got the box!!!! Thank you Tammy!!! “I can’t say enough wonderful things about this post office. First of all, they are always so kind and helpful anytime I come in and need assistance. Second, I am still sitting here in disbelief how above and beyond Kim went to get a hold of my package. I ordered something for my daughter for her graduation and unfortunately when I got the notification the package was delivered I could not find it anywhere. It wasn’t our regular mail person and these things happen. I drove over to the post office 30 minutes before closing on a Friday, and Kim couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did she locate my package but she went and picked it up herself where it was accidentally delivered and then hand delivered it to me at my home. This is just above and beyond what anyone would ever do these days and I’m just so thankful to live in this town with such amazing, kind hearted postal workers. I know if I lived anywhere else my daughter wouldn’t have had her graduation gift on time. Kim, you are amazing and I can’t thank you enough for what you did! We love our Colts Neck Post Office! ❤️”
